These popular sessions are all about allowing kids to go at their own pace, making cooking fun and giving them some confidence in the kitchen. They’ll be shown some delicious and nutritious nibbles, how to enjoy their fruit and veg, super snacks and family favs! After some morning cooking, the kids will make their own lunch - usually pizza, pasta, burgers etc - including healthy options - with sweet treats for afters. And anything they don’t eat; they can take home for you to try! What’s not to like!
