EXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS: + Traditional Beef Rendang/Ayam Masak Merah (Red Hot Chicken) + Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice) + Nasi Goreng (Malaysian Fried Rice) + Rojak (Singaporean Pineapple, Tofu & Prawn Salad) Exact recipes for this class will vary by season.
