The food was good, but it took over 40 minutes to arrive after placing our order. I'm not sure whether it was a function of being short staffed or the kitchen was running behind. What made it uncomfortable is that soon there was a backlog of diners waiting just inside the doorway for the table(s) they had reserved, but we still hadn't gotten our meals.

The ribeye steak was the worst steak that I have ever had. Ate one bite. The beet appetizer was ok and so was the mushroom pasta, although it was described incorrectly by the server. If described correctly, I would have probably got that instead of the ribeye.

Service was very slow and my meal was not what I thought it would be from the menu description. we were there for 2 1/2 hours with 7 people. It was great not to feel rushed but there were longs gaps of time between being seated and getting drinks and then another between drinks and orders being taken. Food took some time and then forever to get the check. Like I said I was with my girlfriends so we enjoyed our time together, but service needs to be more than one person for the entire room

Best beef short ribs Ive ever had. Would definitely have again. Beet hummus was also terrific. Noise level is high.

Our waiter Scott was awesome...loved him at Buz. Covered wine corking fee and free appetizer's because service was slow due to a call-in. We told him it wasn't necessary but he insisted. Food is great !

Made a last minite reservation for 2 at 7:30. When we arrived we were told by the hostess that they were understaffed and the wait for our food could be long. We try to support the establishments in our neighborhood but this is the second time we have noticed their staffing issue. We left and made another choice where we were seated immediately.

Loved the food! The schnitzeled fish and chips where great. The mushroom pasta super delish and the chocolate dessert with bacon sauce.. oh yeah. This place would rate higher if the following were taken into consideration... Tablecloths on the dark tables, candles at each table, lower ambient lighting, and an auto shut on the bathroom door ( which is often left ajar) an extra server would be helpful too. These tiny fixes would improve the interior and customer experience.. if this were done it could truly become be a culinary force to be reckoned with.
