Fantastic meal with great service.
One of the more disappointing elements of Open Table is that when you are searching in an area you are not familiar with you can find the restaurant is actually a rather standard hotel restaurant. It isn't a bad hotel restaurant, but hotels are all pretty much the same.
We did not have a great experience. We were the only table in the entire restaurant for lunch. The waiter forgot about our food. Brought people the wrong dish. Generally it's not a good idea to just go around the table, putting plates in front of them without confirming it was theirs. He completely forgot that one of my colleagues ordered at all, and when she waa the only one without a meal at the table, he remembered and brought her an orange juice as an apology. He didn't ask her what she wanted, but brought her back a drink that she doesn't drink. So odd. The food was ok, but not worthy of the walk from the office. I could see needing to eat here because you are staying at the hotel, but not eating there if you have other options.
The place was empty . Didn’t even stay for the food . They didn’t have the one thing I wanted on the menu . Hardly any staff . We left
This is my favorite place to dine now!! They will see me here every month for sure.
Too many things were wrong to itemize. Food is so so and service (including management) was terrible
Like eating in an airport terminal. No atmosphere, terrible food
It was a great lunch. I had the Black Walnut cheese burger and the crispy smashed potato skim. The burger was so juice and in a pretzel bun. Food was delicious and the price is good. I recomend. The service was great. The food came really fast and the serve was really nice.
