If you love 100% natural premium cuts of beef, this steakhouse is the place for you. Our steaks are aged a minimum of 21 days & hand cut daily to maximize flavor & tenderness. We season our steaks with only salt & pepper and grill them at a searing 1800 degrees so you can taste the difference in our all natural beef. If you don't like beef, this is the place for you too. We offer a diverse menu including St Louis Style Ribs; chicken dishes and a variety of tempting fresh fish & seafood entrees. We've dined at Black Hat since 2009 and generally have enjoyed our meals. We asked our server the price of the Cowboy Drumstick special and she failed to tell our guest. I later found the special on my receipt at $65. That's a bit ' too pricey' compared to other menu offerings.

We spent New Year's Eve with friends at the Black Hat Cattle Co. This was not our first time there, we enjoy the friendly atmosphere, good food and service. With all the restaurants available to us in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Denver, we chose the Black Hat Cattle Company for our special dinning experiences even though we drive all they way from Colorado Springs.

Our dinner was absolutely wonderful. My dinner (Filet medallions w/béarnaise sauce) was extremely tender and flavorful. We were a party of 6 and we could actually have a conversation. It was noted by one of our friends how the noise level was extremely low. .....considering it was New Years Eve and the restaurant was full. Although Black Hat is quite the distance from where we all live....it certainly was worth the ride. Our server Jason was excellent. I loved the fact that my wine glass was in the appropriate glass and filled practically to the top as requested. We will certainly come back and look forward to our next visit.

We celebrated our anniversary. We wanted an unhurried dining experience and that is what Kelly, our server, provided. Her personable service actually added to the occasion. The steaks and sides were perfectly prepared.

Black Hat is a wonderful restaurant for any special occasion. Great steaks and wine. Super service. A little pricey but worth it!

Had dinner with a friend - the steak was delicious. Our server who was very knowledgeable recommended the steak special which was 45 day dry aged Manhattan Medallions . Our server explained the dry aged process to us and how it enhances the steak! We also enjoyed the decor and country music that was played in the background. Highly recommend this restaurant!

This is our annual Thanksgiving treat. It's great to have a relaxed steak dinner instead of the typical turkey fest. Service is always stellar and the food is phenomenal.
