Black Eyed Suzie's
Had a great time with my family. Food was good. Kids burger was burnt but they gave us mac&cheese instead. Server was awesome!
Had dinner for my four year old Granddaughter and the food, service and everything else was great. Even had a piece of Smith Island cake (free) with a candle that was the bomb.
Great brunch and appetizers, solid draft list, and friendly staff! Upscale (but not snobby) sports bar feel, family friendly.
My friend and I came in for Restaurant Week. I was a little disappointed that some of the food from the special menu wasn't actually fresh. It was ok, but I didn't really feel it was worth what I paid.
From Baltimore, decided to drive up to Bel Air for Restaurant week. The menu was reasonable and the food was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodated out groups. I would go to this restaurant again. Nice neighborhood feel.
Staff were incredibly friendly and solicitous. It was restaurant week and quite a deal. The food was good. My husband mentioned it was my birthday so my dessert arrived with a candle and birthday card. The card was signed by staff and included a $10 gift card - very nice touch!
Good food (love the beer cheese appetizer!) and service!
Great food, great atmosphere and excellent service! Good vibes all around. The best crab dip in town. Awesome themed brunches. Lucky to have such a hip place in Bel Air!
Went out for double date night here and it was an alright experience. Our waitress was great and service was quick, but I was expecting much more food on my plate when it arrived, especially for the price we paid. I felt the same way about my friend's dishes as well. I got the shrimp fried rice dish and though the food was good, the shrimp were VERY tiny like the frozen kind you would get in the freezer section at the grocery store and there really wasn't anything outstanding about the dish that would have made sense for it to be $13.99 for essentially what I felt was half a plate of food. You can get double the amount of shrimp fried rice from a Chinese takeout restaurant for half the price. This place is good if you like the bar scene though and they sometimes have live music which I've experienced once before. Sadly, I don't think I will be going here for a meal in the future, I was pretty disappointed with the overall experience, but we all still had fun catching up.
Service was very poor. Waiter never asked me if I wanted to order food, and we had 16 people there for a 1st birthday celebration for my son. I was very disappointed in waiting 20 minutes for 2 chocolate milks for my kids. Overall poor service and bad experience. Food was good but since he skipped over me, I never ordered an entree. When all the food came out, he still never recognized that he forgot to ask me what I’d like to eat. At that point I didn’t even want to order because the service was terrible. The food order was placed incorrectly for multiple people at the table.
The service was excellent. Food was delicious.
You walk through the bar to get to a table where at least you could hear one another talk. Food was ordinary and dessert were just like store bought upon leaving we now have to walk through a very crowded bar. Our male friend was grabbed you a very intoxicated patron and then began yelling obscenities to our friend. The manager spoke with our friend but made no effort to remove the intoxicated man. Bad experience to say the least. No wonder there were open tables at the time I logged on!
Had a great dinner and a wonderful dessert-try the Smith Island cake, you'll be glad you did.
We met for brunch on Sunday for my son's birthday. There were 14 of us and our waiter, Zach, did a great job. He was friendly with the kids and adults, very organized, and handled our requests easily. We had a great time and appreciated the great service.
Friendly atmosphere for Potterheads. I am so glad I found this event from a friend. Great service, excellent mocktails. I tried the Butta beer it was so good, with or without the spike. I like their own butterbeer brew. I should have tried all their HP drinks.
I went to the Harry Potter Brunch and I loved the decorations and themed food they had at Brunch
This was a Harry Potter themed brunch. The movies were not playing, the food was very expensive (buffet style brunch, total bill for 2 was $61...for a buffet). The food was average. The service was not great - our server only returned once, when our plates had been empty for a few minutes. It was not busy, so this was confusing. I attended this event last year and it was a MUCH better experience.
We loved the Harry Potter brunch!!! The theming was excellent and the children enjoyed the visit from Dumbledor.
My wife and I cam to this restaurant for a late dinner. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere as we had a nice table for two. We were able to talk directly without yelling and the mural behind us on the wall was very fun and inviting. Our waitress Natalie was the best most attentive server we have had in years regardless of location. She took my complex complicated order without notes and got every bit of it correct. She made wonderful suggestions and checked on us constantly once our food arrived. The food was AMAZING. The agave BBQ wings are magnificent and I strongly recommend them to everyone. If you like blue cheese, be sure to get it with your wings as it is chunky with actual blue cheese hunks. The brussels spouts have a huge portion size and were very good with the aiole dipping sauce and the glaze on it. My wife loved he rockfish and I enjoyed my rockfish tacos. We will definitely return again, and I certainly recommend this place to any and everyone!!!
Clams were tough, had to send back for a different plate.
A great brunch. A little on the slow side but the bottomless mimosas make up for that. Food was great and they were accommodating to a large party of adults and kids. Our server couldn't have been nicer.
My potatoes were burnt, and tasted burnt, crab cake was good
We really enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent. We have already made reservations for their next event brunch. Delicious. and the service was friendly and timely.
My friends and I attended The Nightmare Before Christmas brunch and we had a great time.
I loved the effort they put into the Halloween brunch! It was perfect!
Food was good as always. Service was off. We learned there were a couple of parties and it. Was slow to order, slow to get food and waitress was not very attentive.
We went to the bippity boppity brunch. the service was slow. we did not feel welcomed it took awhile to get service. I had to ask for silverware. I had to ask where everything was set up. we had no instructions as to how to get started with the brunch. No information on the foods available. I ate dry cold tasteless scrambled eggs BEFORE I found out that there was a made to order waffle maker and omelet upstairs. The staff in costumes took a long while to get to our table. We were not told about the castle set up for pictures. My granddaughter was so excited about this day, and it turned out to be nothing special at all. she spent more time looking out the window than seeing Disney characters as there was not much interaction with our table or anything fun for her to do.. very disappointing. My suggestion would be at least some type of interactive dance with the staff . Example ( the saloon scene with everyone dancing with Gaston in beauty in the beast) $25.00 per person plus tip is a pretty hefty bill for such poor quality food , service , fun things to do for the kids and Disney characters. I am very sorry for the negative review but it could use
much better improvement for what was offered and price. money could have been spent much better elsewhere :(
We were placed at a horrible table, literally in the middle of a walk way. Consistently bumped into by patrons and staff. There were numerous empty tables through our meal. We made a reservation and were very unhappy with the placement. We spent over $100 for a child's brunch, and I may not return due to where we were seated.
I attend the bibbity boppity brunch this past weekend and I wished that there were more princesses. Anna, Belle and Snow White were not even present. Would have been nice! Also the food was cold.
Rockfish tenders were fair. But not great
Teriyaki tuna was ok but rice wasn’t very good.
Ribs were just ok nothing special
Food was delicious and hot. Server was very friendly and prvoused excellent service
Good food, cool atmosphere ......the MARYLAND roll was incredible .... a must try. Service was friendly and welcoming.
Loved the food and atmosphere. We will be back.
Nice local place with a varied menu; family friendly; good for multi generational gatherings or friends get-together in a very casual setting.
Special Jurassic Brunch event. Food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Location was probably louder than normal due to a lot of kids. Will definitely be back
Great place! My husband and I come here often. Haven't had anything that I didn't like yet and I love their brussel sprout appetizer.
From making the reservation to paying the bill, everything was great! The waitress, the food, the attention and help with the endless apple juice refills for our granddaughter, dining here was lots of fun! Thank you!
Awesome food. The staff was very courteous and professional. The service was fast. I would go there again.
Fantastic BBQ -- great wings and outstanding, friendly service! I mean, really great wings!
The food is always good and service adequate. This was a Saturday night and the small dining area was 'closed for an upcoming private party' so the hostess insisted our party of 5 had to sit in the bar. (Who closes their main dining area on a busy Saturday night?? Turns out it was for a boy scout troop and the parents, 20 people who would not have taken up the entire dining area. Not the typical patrons here.) It was so loud in the bar we couldn't hear the hostess or each other without shouting so we didn't even sit down. We asked for a quieter table and were told we had to go upstairs to their secondary dining room if we wanted to stay. My 82-year old mother-in-law could not navigate the old, steep, narrow stairwell so we were going to have to leave as the hostesses said there was nothing they could do. The lady who would have been our server in the obnoxiously-loud bar asked us to wait. She went to the manager and was able to get us into the dining area. I only wish we had gotten her name! We did tip her for her gracious efforts but my husband had to convince her to take the tip. You rarely see such genuine politeness and hospitality these days. While I would would have reserved upstairs space for the Boy Scouts and kept the downstairs space open for elderly and handicapped patrons, they did make it right and that's what matters.
