Valencia, the ancient roots of paella, is also the hometown of our chef, marcos campos. As a proud valencian, he prepares our rice dishes with only the most authentic recipes and ingredients, and like most chefs from 'el levante', generally views all others as inferior. Dishes are priced per person, with a minimum of two orders per dish. Please allow up to 40 minutes for preparation during busier periods
