   I enjoyed dinner with my lady however the price was supposed to be $66 for two prime rib and lobster tail .. I was charged $101.00 .. how is that $66.. someone needs to check their math.. I feel over charged

   The food versus the price was not compatible. I had to send my cut (of meat) back for additional cooking. The manager did stop by to inquire if everything was OK, much to my surprise. The portions were skimpy and the the overall taste was bland.

   Good food, good service, but actual restaurant is disgusting. Fabric seats are covered in stains, and very unappetizing.

   Our water was outstanding. I made reservations and we still had to wait over 20mins. It was a family with children and one of the children just screamed from the top of his lungs all the customers gasp and a few yelled out why don't guys go home? I know you can't be bias but it's not fair when you come to have a relaxing dinner and a family brings a child they know who have behaviors like this maybe black Agus should ask when there is a big party and there is a child who behaves outwardly in the party? And if they say no and it happens.service can be refused still give them their food just can't eat there. It was unbelievable with this child!

   My daughter and I celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday 5-12-19 The food was great the service was great and the atmosphere was wonderful made reservations and only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated.

    First time at black angus with reservations. Got there on time and was seated right away. Now he’s were the trouble starts. We waited for the server to take our order for about 15-20 mins. He finally came and apologized for the wait. We ordered the campfire feast for 2. Comes with a starter sweet molasses bread, 2 entrees 4 sides and a desert. And we ordered cocktails. And we asked for water. So about another 10 mins goes by and we get our drinks. We then again ask for water and some straws. So this is almost 30 mins of sitting down. Now a table right across from us , different server had sat down 10 mins after us and they had water and bread right away. I’m like ok this guy kinda slow. So our starter was dropped off and we started eating. Still no water and no bread. Saw him again and asked for the water and straws. Finally came back with water and 1 straw. So now the table across from us is now almost halfway they their dinner. We were like wth. Got there at 745 now it almost 845. So he finally comes to our table and give us the 2nd straw. He says they are short staffed in the kitchen and there are 3 tickets ahead of ours. When then asked for the manager. Believe his name was Allen . He was very nice and said the server is fairly new and apologized for the late service. I think asked if you they were understaffed in the kitchen. He said no they are actually over staffed for a Friday night. He was real with us and said he probably said that because he forget to drop our order he would take care of it ASAP. Not 6 mins later the manager brought us are food. He told us he will not charge us for the meal. It’s on him except for the alcohol. I wasn’t expecting that. Steak came back rare and we order medium. Got the check and asked for desert to go. He ended up charging us for the desert but it came with the campfire feast. We even had to wait for the desert. Decided not to make a big deal if it. Food was great but new server wasn’t good at all
