   Prime rib was over cooked and very grissely. Aus juice was not explained.

   Was a big let down from the old Black Angus. Now it’s like eating in a Giant banquet hall. The steak house feeling is gone. Forgot one of our guests dinner. And who serves canned asparagus in a steak house?? Steak quality was not that good. Ordered my strip medium and most of it was rare. Loads of fat on it. Gravy for potatoes or steak was VERY salty. Time to find a different steakhouse to go to.

   Great food, service was quick and server was polite,friendly and on point with everything. Excellent value for money spent. Date night or family meal this restaurant is the place to go. Robot delivered meal was a added surprise.

   Terrence, our server, went above and beyond. He was very attentive and checked in with us several times. Shout out to the bartender, as well. The dirty martini was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The food was excellent, as well. Five stars, I highly recommend.

   The service was good, the food was okay, but the atmosphere was so quiet we felt like it was weird that we were talking. The music was so quiet and at times didn't play, and the place was nearly empty so we felt awkward. It was an okay experience.

   3 hours for dinner service is a long time. I understand that there are changes happening in ownership and staff, but it was excessive.

    The service was excellent, I had Prime Rib, it was $38 and for the money it was a little on the thin side. It may have been 3/4” thick, but that thickness may be generous. It appeared as if it had been fried and was somewhat dry and a little tough. The steak had very little flavor, as a minimal about of seasoning was used. I poured on the salt to help it a little. It only comes with gravy, onions and mushrooms are $7 more and you get a very small portion. Overall the food was overpriced for what you get and the quality is subpar!
