Broccolini was cooked with Italian dressing... WTF... Steak was super chewy. Marini was the worst ever. Ambiance was horrible and opens to a budget shop. Music was super loud too. At least the bread was good. Service was really good too.
Good Prime Stake. Recommend it!
The greeters were very nice and professional. Our waiter, Rich had the BEST customer service hands down. Food was good but overpriced. And the dinner rolls and butter are definitely a hit.
The food was good! Our server Rhonda was great! The ambience was silly. The butter in the honey was sublime, never saw that before!
Hi there. Went for a nice dinner with my wife for our 26th wedding anniversary tonight to your Kissimmee, Florida location. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. 1) ordered the stuffed mushrooms. Didn’t know they were portobello mushrooms. I hate portobello mushrooms. Didn’t eat them. 2) wife and I ordered the Mr Angus. Sounded great on the menu. Meat over cooked and absolutely no taste what so ever. The only thing that had taste was the baked potato. 😞 3) I would have mentioned this to our server however she only came by to check if everything was ok when I was putting the last piece of the baked potato in my mouth. When I told her, she said she would tell them inside and walked away. A $90 meal that I wouldn’t have paid $45 for sadly. So much for my nice anniversary dinner. Should have went to Charlie’s I guess.
We loved the way they treated us. We enjoyed every of the food and drinks
The service was very good. The food was a little expensive but the taste was well worth it. The rib eye was juicy and tender and the garlic mashed potatoes were just right not too much garlic.
Good was great, came quickly and our server was AMAZING!
Our waitress was great. Wish I knew her name. The food was ok. I got shrimp Alfredo should have picked a steak. They were not busy and fast
We enjoyed our meal and friendly service. The staff was attentive the food was good except my Mr. Angus steak was a little dry, but still tasty. We've eaten at all three in the area and this our favorite.
Our waiter Cecil was fantastic. The food was very good and the prices reasonable.
Salad is great service is good food is awful for the price
Absolutely horrible food. It was cafeteria food masquerading as a steakhouse. Service was great though.
We love eating at Black Angus because the food is so great! We took my husband's cousin there and he really enjoyed it. We're so glad we found Black Angus when we moved to Davenport Florida. We usually go there for celebrations because we love it so much!
The server we had was awesome. She was training a new employee and they were great. My whole group loved the food and next time we are down here we will be back.
I was not that impressed for the price. I got a New York strip which is usually very lean but this one had so much fat on it all you could taste was fat. The male host was very rude and you could tell he hated his job! Our server was absolutely amazing. She is what made the experience. Honestly they bring you honey butter to the table but it is just regular butter in honey. The price of the food was not worth it. I could literally get the same quality at the ponderosa down the street.
We absolutely loved the service and food ! Thanks for a good time , the server even took pictures for us ! Great experience. Will definitely come again when in town !
Great service, good food. Had reservations but still had to wait for a table to be seated.
Our family opted to eat here after a rainy day at Disney. We are a party of 7 and we dine out frequently. This was our most expensive dining experience while on vacation as our bill was over $200, but the food did not match the price. The onion ring appetizer was fresh and hot, but tasted bland. Many of us ordered filets to be cooked medium well (warm pink center), they were all cooked well done! We didn’t bother because we had already had a long day and just wanted to eat before turning in for the night. The best part of dining here was our server Justin. He was welcoming, personable and took awesome care of us. Unfortunately we would not dine here again, maybe consider Ruth’s Chris.
The steak was cooked to perfection and the baked potato was delicious. Only complaint was the overall smell of the restaurant. It smelled like mop water.
The service was very slow and checked on us one time. Prime Rib was very fatty and no flavor. Wasn’t very impressed.
Really enjoyed the food. Steak and Prime rib were cooked perfectly. The place on the inside looked a little barish but the food was as good as most high end places. Would come back for sure!
This place was delicious. Our waiter didn’t really check on us much though
We thought the steak was average. Service was good.
Ordered the filet and ribeye and it was the toughest meat we have ever experienced. Bread and butter was good but sides were not cooked correctly. Service was excellent but food was mediocre and poor quality.
Service wasn’t as good as to be expected. Didn’t get our drinks till we were done with our salads and didn’t get waters till mid meal.
Awesome food! Great service and drinks. Birthday dinner for my baby and she loved it.
It was 20 minutes before we even got our drink order in. Waiter gave other persons in party the wrong stakes so we had to wait on a new stake. I wasn’t going to pay $34 for the wrong steak. Yes, one stake and a handful of fries was $34.
Expensive steaks that are of the same quality you would expect at a Sizzler or Denny's. The place smelled musty and weird. The service was good, but that is the only thing going for it. Don't go here.
We drove 35+ miles to eat at This restaurant. The music was a distraction and was not appropriate for a nice steakhouse. Did not like where they sat us. Had to listen to all the waiters and greeters conversations and we were right by the kitchen so we dealt with all of the traffic of the waiters. Other than that the food was good.
Ordered thr prime rib medium rare, got a reheated Grey piece of mystery meat. Save your money this place is horrible and over priced.
Service and the bread was fantastic but the food was awful. No flavor, just meat taste. Steaks were either undercooked or over cooked. Mash seemed old. Chicken Caesar salad tasted more like lemon than anything. We were very much looking forward to dining here since we have been here several times before. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and will not be returning. For the amount of money being charged the quality, quantity and taste of the food should be so much better.
Everything was good. The waiter could have seemed happier to be there.
Always love this place.
The food was delicious!!! Our group had the Mrs. Angus, Mr. Angus, the Cowboy prime rib and the House steak which is an 8 oz NY Strip. The tolls with honey butter were yummy. Those who had salads raved about them.
It was great to have a wide kids menu from steak, pizza, hot dog, chicken tenders and Mac snd cheese. The kids meal prices were quite expensive however-$11! And the Mac snd cheese was definitely Krafts Mac and cheese which made the pricing definitely not in sync.
We made reservations for a birthday celebration, got to the restaurant 10 minutes before reservation time because of the warning if you are late your reservation is given away, just to be told that they had taken some large parties (walk-Ins) and we would need to wait about 25 minutes. Not sure what the point of reservations are. After 30 minutes our table was ready.
Server was very personable but kept forgetting to get orders from people in our group and then two orders were messed up. Food was good but didn’t really meet the level of $400 for 8 people with no alcohol purchased. This is our 3rd time eating here but hadn’t for 5 years since our last trip to Florida. I don’t think we would choose it again. On a positive note, the Prime Rib was really good.
Fast and friendly service food quality was excellent nice overs
Waiter was awesome. His name was Justin
I don’t eat steak, but my steak eaters, thought the fillet was too tough. Twin fillet, wrapped in bacon, medium rare. My son’s exact statement. “Mom, if I want chewy meat, I’ll ask you to cook it”. And I cook em to death. It appeared to have been cooked properly based on the looks of it, so chances are the quality of meat just wasn’t there.
Great environment though and friendly staff.
