   Super casual. Felt like a fast food place with no table clothes or anything to dress up the place. Food pretty good. Service pretty good. Ambiance terrible. I was embarrassed to have taken a client here. Also embarrassing to be waiting in the back rather than at a table.

   The service was outstanding from the moment you walk in the door. The waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was exactly as described and was fabulous. The restaurant accepts reservations as well.

   Reservation doesn't guarantee seating, had to wait an extra 40 minutes. Server kept reaching over us to grab plates and whatnot, when he should've walked around the table. Attitude from server and hostess we rich considering WE should've been the ones with the attitude. Steaks were bland and super chewy.

    We were disappointed. Based on the reviews, we were expecting a more upscale dining experience with higher quality food. One of our diners couldn't eat his steak it was so fatty. Two diners asked for medium steaks and were served extremely rare steaks instead. Our server did make adjustments to our charges but overall it was just not what we had hoped for.

    We were very rushed by our server, we weren't half finished our salad and our main course was served, and we noticed that our server was told by other patrons they weren't finished as their plates were being taken away!!!! Also, the customary gratuity is not something we have experienced before, we would absolutely leave a tip but when it is done on your behalf not impressed with that practise. Also, if we had exceptional service we would recognize that with our tip amount but being that the amount was deemed by yourselves that would annoy me to the point of not wanting to leave additional tip amount.

    I have been to Black Angus Steakhouses all over the country. Other than the sign out front, I would have not guessed it was a BA. Will not be returning to this particular location.

    The entire experience was excellent. Greg, our server was fantastic, attentive, and really friendly always making sure we had what we needed and were enjoying our meal. The entire staff was great! As for the meals? OMG! Phenomenal!!!!! The steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking, the appetizers were a nice size portion, the salads were fresh and the complimentary dessert included with the early bird was delicious. The Kissemme location was clean and the overall environment was inviting and comforting.

    We were a large group (softball team). Many had specific adjustments to their dishes that were well executed. The drinks were cold and we were never without. The crab stuffed mushrooms were probably the biggest disappointment, then again were accustomed yon Maryland Blues so there’s that. My steak was rare, it was not med well as I ordered it so there’s my 1 star deduction

    Not sure why we booked on Open Table. Booked for a casual client dinner. Waiter was very aggressive, unfriendly, challenged me on a bar item, was constantly leaning over our meal to replace water. Underarms over our food, and was flat out unprofessional. Food was above average or the whole night would have been a disaster. I do understand that the labor market is very challenging today. Maybe he was just having a bad day, however the restaurant was very empty and it seemed like he was rushing us to order, complete our meal and pay the bill. Hence I left a generous 12% gratuity, which was more than he deserved.

    One of the poorest steaks we ever ate. My New York at medium was desperately dry. Wife's filet was was dry and tough. A vegetable on the plate would be nice. Not a cheap price but certainly a cheap quality

    My wife and I were on vacation from Toronto and hence were used to elevated restaurant pricing. To say that we were completely shocked by the quality of food and the excellence of service for the price is a massive understatement. We will eat there on a consistent basis next time we are in Orlando.

    It was New Year’s Eve so that was the occasion. Other than that the server was very blah and had he been more about his job the restaurant would have made a ton of money as we were a group ready to have a good time and have lots of drinks. We each had two drinks which was hard to get. The food presentation felt like a cruise ship. The steak was cooked well but the ambiance gave it nursing home feel.

    I very much enjoy the Black Angus Restaurant. The servers are very happy and dedicated to giving you great service. The prices are very reasonable but lately the quality of the meat has changed. The Fillet Mignon has gotten smaller and a little less tender. Pork chops are sometimes a little dry. Overall very good place to eat for the price and the value of the food you get.

    Service was mediocre. We had to find our waitress to be checked out. Automatic gratuity added to our bill when we had less than 5 people and service wasn’t deserving of the hand selected gratuity our server Ehmani was not attentive at all..
