Food and service were great and we got to watch WFU playing baseball on tv while we ate.
Good food service a little slow
This Brewhouse is mainly a large restaurant; the bar area is relatively small. There is an enormous selection of beers, and the food is very good. The menu is several pages long, and lists the calories of each item; there are quite a few “light” selections.
Good good and service. Pizza is expensive!
We were excited to try a new restaurant as we get together with our friends each week or so. While most of the food was very good my wife's chips were greasy and chewy as if they had been refried. After a few quick visits to our table to bring salt and something else I can't remember we didn't see our waitress until it was time for boxes and the bill. Someone else cleared away our dishes well after we were finished eating. A guy whom I assumed was the manager came to the table and asked how was everything, and when my wife told him about the chips he thanked her for the info but didn't get very much moree of a reaction.
Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Service was fantastic.. Definitely will be going back 😁
We appreciate your 5 star review and hope to see you soon!
Food was horrible, orders came out staggered and incorrect. No refills offered. 10 minutes for ketchup. We won’t go back!!
Very good food. It was our first visit. Our server was really personable and very attentive. We will definitely go back.
We visited for the first time. The hostess was kind and made sure we followed Covid protocol. Our waiter Dom, was fast and did a great job. The food was cooked to our liking and fresh. I definitely recommend. Very nice atmosphere and clean.
Good experience and good service. pretty much looked like the normal menu and all.
This was my first time! It was amazing and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Sierra, was fabulous and super friendly!!! I absolutely love the rustic/industrial look. Looking forward to my next visit!
Kids food was cold and they barely touched because they also said it wasn’t good. My tri-tip steak was not cooked to my desired temp and I’m not a fan of sending my food back to be finished cooking because for one it’s unsanitary and I don’t want to irritate the cook by letting him know he did a poor job. My husband enjoyed his plate. Not so much for me and the kids. Not sure I will go back again.
The food was good. The service was good. Reserved a table and maybe waited about 5-10 minutes
Eric, our server, was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He made our dining experience very pleasurable.
Excellent food! Excellent Atmosphere! Fantastic date night!
The waitress was spot-on Excellent! Did a great job providing “suggestions” on a variety of foods listed on the menu. The food was served quickly and sufficiently! Fresh food, great Drinks and a wonderful atmosphere!
Excellent service, very upbeat waitress, the food was good.
Server was excellent but food was really slow to come out.. didn’t come all at once. One meal was apparently incorrect and was being rushed but took 30 minutes.. Have never eaten here without a long delay for food.
The food was very good. The pizza I ordered was made exactly the way I asked for it. I would have given it a perfect score but my soup was not hot at all. It was still very good. Our server was super friendly!!
They had reopened, but had no food to serve. We had to make several different selections from the menu because they were out of something we wanted to order. Even hamburger buns
We’ve eaten at BJ’s a number of times and it used to be one of our favorite restaurants. We will not be going back for a long time, and I would be surprised if they stay open much longer. Saturday night, and restaurant was half full at most. The appetizer delivered to our table was the wrong item and we were later charged for it (had to ask the waitress to remove it). One of the premium sides (which used to be fantastic), the honey sriracha brussel sprouts, was almost raw with no honey glaze and no sauce. They had to bring the sauce later and that’s when we also noticed the rest of the dish was pretty raw with a terrible flavor.
The waitress was apologetic and she was helpful, but it felt like we were the table who did nothing but complain about our food. We are a family of 6 and are polite and understand that mistakes will happen, but this seems to be a growing trend with the quality of their food and back-kitchen service. A shame, but we will no longer be recommending not eating at BJ’s any longer.
Celebrating our anniversary.
Food is always good. Not a busy day so service was good. One of our favorite places with a good microbrew selection.
Service by Asley was excellent, food very good as always, beer n drink selection is extensive. Will definitely return.
The menu is huge, and hard to read all of it in the time given to you by wait staff. I ordered the fish and chips. I received four small pieces of greasy fried fish, and enough fries for the entire table. No cole slaw given, but maybe that is a southern thing. When I got home my stomach was upset from the greasy fish. I usually give a restaurant at least two chances because everyone had an off night. This experience was so awful I won’t be returning. Our waitress either never brought requested items, or brought them after we had finished eating.
The food is good but the service is lacking. The wait staff seems under staffed and definitely not in a hurry.
Awesome experience.
The reservation was right on time.
The waiter Sean(Shawn) was very good and the right amount of attention.
The food was good and served hot.
The prices were reasonable, not cheap
The type of construction doesn't give much reduction of noise. Fortunately,we were in a 6 person booth and could hear adequately.
I have been a few times. Sat night not recommended. Very busy crowded and staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. The food is good but appetizers came with the meal, i was brought wrong order and we waited a long time to get a to go box.
Worst service I have ever had at a BJ restaurant. We had to keep asking for simple things , straws napkins from the drinks that were always dripping. Waitress acted as if we were bothering her. It was my sons birthday and the table across received a candle and happy birthday and we did not .
Food was outstanding. My husband and I shared the prime rib special and it was perfect for the two of us. Great service and a lovely evening.
Ribs are great
Service was really poor he was slow and didn’t come back to check on our food my steak was over cook and he was slow to come back by the time he did it was to late to cook another one I was really disappointed
Good food. Great service.
Service was rough for our first visit. Waiter eventually told us that it was his second night... On a Saturday night.
Party of 6. 2 from Va., 2 from N.C. meeting for a bday and mother's day. We say for 3 hrs. and ate and visited and enjoyed every minute. Server was very good. Thank you.
Good food. Nice surroundings. Very large menu with a lot of choices.
Great dinner with the family. All meals were enjoyed and the wait staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very busy and the service was a bit slow. We will return!
We were seated immediately upon arriving. It was Easter Sunday at 12:30pm and I was surprised we didn't have a wait for food either. Great service also.
