Good times. Father’s Day lunch. Got there when they opened.
Our server did an excellent job in accommodating our group of 6 !
Overall decent experience. Even with the whole Covid 19 regulations.
It was our first visit to a restaurant after the shelter at home. It was my wife and three kids and we had a great time. Wait staff was fun while being professional. Food came out as ordered (even brought out the kids food when it was ready). Great night out for us.
BJ’s did a great job of making us feel totally comfortable with the new normal of eating out. They were well-prepared. The food was excellent, as always.
We received excellent service. The entire staff was attentive and completely protected.
Nice to get back out but some
Of the food was not good like it used to be. Had potato skins which were bad and sliders not good. My son did like the chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks. I am sure things will get better once open for a while again
Bj’s is the perfect place to meet and get caught up on life.
The menu is varied and I’ve never had anything that was disappointing. The servers are really caring, upbeat and quick. Maddy was our server and was the best.
One drawback was the table next to us, rude, obnoxious, loud, discourteous, opinionated , older men. The next time we’ll ask to be moved as these guys seem to be regular patrons.
I met an old friend at BJ’s for lunch to get caught up. Our server, Noam was amazingly attentive and personable.
He made great suggestions, and made the dessert sound so good that we couldn’t pass it up. I suggest you try the fresh baked warm cookie with ice cream on top… Amazing.
The chicken antipasto was very good as well All in all a wonderful time was had by all!
Food was over cooked. Service was terrible
Had problems getting the Oder correct but staff was very helpful
Our second time there that was OK overall but not as good as expected. It was not packed but service was slow. Some food items were not hot but ate it anyway since we had waited so long. We also had had a special request listed when we booked the reservation via OpenTable AND brought it to the staff attention when there but neither one was heeded. So overall, OK. Last time was similar experience but we decided to try the place again. It was dejavu.
Checked in, they had us wait for almost 20 minutes while tables were empty. I think they forgot about us. The floor is so slippery too... the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The booth was covered in dust next to me. Kinda gross! But, as always, good and service was great. Just wished they’d clean. Wonder what the kitchen looks like!
Great service . Very personable .
Restaurant is very dark; ordered something that wasn’t to my liking; waiter basically shrugged it off; paid $18.00 for something I clearly only had a few bites of. Not very accommodating. Will not go back
We had reservation at 7 and we got there at 7 and was told that they gave our table away. We ended up having a booth which probably good for six people for our party (of 8 people). And then they forgot to serve our soup and salad we ordered. We won't be back.
Always like this place. It's nice being able to reserve a table.
My family loves this place, but I think it sucks. I go to appease the family. Terrible food, and overpriced.
I’ll make this short. Food is good, value is good. Hostess was preoccupied from the beginning. It was not busy. I was meeting someone and told her that, she sat me and said she would keep her eyes open for my friend and show her to my table. I sat waiting for awhile and finally called my friend who had been seated by same hostess around the corner from me. She too had told her she was meeting someone and was told she had not seen anyone. Server was friendly but forgetful. Customer service needs some tweaking.
My tritip was the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant
Our server was great. She was very patient with us as we talked a lot before we even opened the menus. Never rushed us. When we did order, the food came very quickly, properly prepared and all of us received our entrees at the same time. She even told us if one of us downloaded the BJ app, our dessert would be free.
We were very disappointed with how dirty the restaurant was. As you go into entry there was food on floor and on the seats where you sit to wait for your table..the area we were in was unclean and the floors super slippery..the bathrooms were a mess toilet paper and paper towels thrown all over and waste baskets full and over flowing..we were there thinking this was a really good choice ..however very disappointed by the whole experience...food was ok but who wants to eat in a dirty area ..would not recommend This restaurant
We went to BJ’s to celebrate a good friend’s Birthday! Reservations were correct, no waiting and they brought us a very nice dessert to help celebrate the occasion. The food was good and we could hear each other ( always a plus) I highly recommend it!
I have been to BJ's many times and generally the service is ok. On Saturday night the service was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to just get a beer and a margarita and 45 minutes for the appetizer. Our waitress disappeared for long stretches and it generally took 2 to 3 requests to other servers to get refills or even plates for our appetizer. The food was good, but the experience was poor.
Everything was Great! We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere!
Service was very good, only had to wait a bit for water but it was much busier than usual (pie day) so that's understandable. Individual pizzas were delicious--our whole family enjoyed them, and we couldn't get enough of the pizookies!
Our server was awesome even though he gave me the wrong dish, it was still delicious. My husbands steak was unfortunately tough and nearly inedible but we were given a credit on the bill for that. I will definitely go back.
Food was all dry. My son’s mac’n’cheese was obviously made hours earlier and left under a hot lamp or something, it arrived all dry and nasty.
There were no utensils, napkins or plates on the table, when the appetizers arrived we asked the guy to bring us some and he looked at us like we were martians for asking for utensils, napkins and a plate. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which is supposed to come with cole slaw, but of course it didn’t. I asked him the waiter for the Cole slaw, and again, was like I was a Martian for asking for it. He brings some to me, and yes, it was also dry. How can you screw up Cole slaw?!?!? I have never seen dry Cole slaw. The sandwich itself looked like someone just slapped it together, threw it on a plate and sent it out. It was terrible. I won’t be going back to this pace. It’s like a cafeteria. If you want nasty dry cafeteria food- then this BJ’s is the place for you.
Service here is declining. Our appetizer came out quickly but we had no silverware or plates. Took two requests and a lot of time to get both. First we got silverware and then after some time and another request-plates. One in our party ordered soup and salad as their entree- both the soup and salad came out right after the appetizer and well before anyone else’s food. Was all cold.
The meal was good and fast service but a new waiter that made several mistakes
They had too few servers... Our server was overwhelmed and couldn’t do his job properly. Service was so slow that 3 of us were late to a rehearsal..
Food was cold and service was bad. We've had better experiences there.
A casual restaurant with a huge selection of dishes and beer. Good restaurant for a casual meal or just pizza and beer.
Great food. Great beers and great service. Always a great place to eat. My family’s go to place
