This place was really good. The food is great. The desserts are always the best and I’m glad that I came here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday.

There were several items that we tried to order on a Wednesday night that the restaurant was completely out of/stock. First we tried to order prime rib that was gone so then we chose a ribeye. We waited close to 20 minutes for the waitress to come back and say no the rib eye is out of stock too. So we ordered ribs, and during all of that a waiter comes by and drops a ribeye off at our table. The ribeye was very dry and overcooked. Overall Bjs has always been good I just think tonight may have just been a bad night. I would go back just tonight was no good. Our waitress was very nice she did a good job, it wasn’t her fault at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would we made a reservation and still had to wait then once we got seated we waited an hour and a half for our food and when the food got there everything was cold. And also they only brought my families food out and forgot mine but at that point I’d rather have no food then cold food and the hamburger bun was very stale honestly horrendous behavior of theirs. It was supposed to be a nice Father’s Day gift except we were all disappointed. We ended up leaving and not eating because we lost our appetites. Don’t go here and if you do you might as well go cook the food yourself because the waiter will forget about you 🙄

Since it was Mother’s Day it was busy and a bit of a wait for bar drinks & entrees. Appetizers came out quickly with non-alcoholic drinks. Server was knowledgeable with menu and friendly. Food was great and enjoyed the 3 mini Pazookies for dessert.

Reservation right on time. Server was very friendly. Bar was backed up a little but still got to enjoy a couple of beers. Ambiance was awesome. They had the popular sports games on. BJ’s never fails.

We made a reservation, but when we arrived, we were told we had no table. I showed them the reservation confirmation and then I was told that's not a reservation. They then proceeded to tell me that this was a call ahead and not a reservation, whatever that means. Then we had to wait 15 minutes while the hostess and two other employees discussed this. We finally got a table, and the service was poor, don't know if they were understaffed, or just slow. Took 25 minutes to get a coffee. The place is a joke, and that's as nice as I can be.
