   Open Table reservation was ignored at the door. We were seated immediately but then got email from Open Table asking why we didn’t cancel the reservation... 🙄

   BJ’s has a huge menu selection. We were a bit surprised that even though the restaurant was pretty empty l, we were seated in back to back booths rather than spacing us out further. They did have plastic dividers up, but they could have easily separated us more. We asked for salads first and while they were delivered first, the meal came out when we weren’t even halfway finished our salad. We also originally asked for a Caesar salad and then deleted it, but yet they charged us anyhow. Overall, our service was good and the food was hot and very tasty, so we will definitely go back.

    Even though the menu is currently limited, the food is well prepared and very tasty. We had a special dietary needs guest with us, and she was able to find food that she could enjoy as well.

    First visit in 3 months due to corona virus closure. Good experience. We were there more than two hours for drinks and dinner and dessert which is how we wanted it. Just to hang out together in a restaurant again.

    Three of us ordered Santa Fe salads and no one finished them The salads were mushy and the chicken sparse. The hamburger and wings were good.

    I never like to be negative about anything but last night was not an experience that makes me ever want to go back to BJs. I went with some of my college friends and it was supposed to be a “nice” meal for us in comparison to the cheap fast food we usually eat. When we sat down it seemed like our waitress was short with us. I assumed she didn’t think we would tip well or something given that we were young. Anyways, I would have liked her to be a little more pleasant but that’s not the real problem. I ordered the honey crisp chicken salad and bone in barbecue wings. Something that I’ve gotten multiple times. My salad came out without dressing and my wings came out boneless. I sent back the wings and asked for dressing for my salad. It just seemed weird. Like she thought we were making up what we really ordered. My wings came out undercooked cause I guess they rushed them out and I never got my dressing. We didn’t get refills on waters until all our cups were completely empty and the kitchen also messed up one of my friends orders. I wish that a manager would have come over and apologized or something. It seemed like our table was kind of swept aside and ignored. When I got the bill and paid $50 for the meal it seemed wrong. I did not enjoy a meal or have service worth $50. I’m really disappointed with my experience and hope that BJs sees this and makes it right.

    We booked our reservation using our $25 reward and the manager did not honor it. He said they didn't know about the rewards and only did the reservations with Open Table! We argued the point that it was a prepaid MasterCard with $25 on it and he said it didn't go through! This was very disappointing that he didn't even try and remedy the situation! Our food was great and so was our server, but management needs a big dose of "the customer is always right"!

    Food was delicious and wait staff was very friendly. The menu offers a lot of variety. I chose a healthy option off of the “enlightened“ menu. My daughter got the meatball sub. Both were delicious. Highly recommend!
