   Went for my sons birthday dinner, order a bowl of tortilla soup that literally had one piece of chicken in it and it was cold when I got it. The price doesn’t equal what you get any more there

   Disappointing!!! Ordered soup and salad for lunch, the portions were considerably smaller. Chicken tortilla soup had one small piece of chicken, broccoli/ cheese soup didn't have any broccoli. Salads were 1/4 their normal size.

    Even though it was quite busy we were seated at our reservation time. Our server Dawn was helpful and efficient. Our dinner was prepared as requested and very tasty. We will be back.

    We took our grandson out for his birthday with a couple of friends. We had a very nice time and the food was good. The restaurant was very clean and we felt safe.

    Slow service. Asked for no tomatoes & got tomatoes but no bacon on an item advertised as having bacon. My entree came out before my salad & my son’s entree. Asked for ketchup, never got it.

    I am not sure why but I didn't feel good after I ate the food. I am trying the leftovers today to see if it was something else. I had the Parmesan Coated Chicken.

    The wait for our reservation was not too long, and the process to make it was easy. The table was an elevated seating table, in the bar area. Not what we hoped for, but the service was great.

    Waiter was polite, professional, apologetic due to the kitchen service not being very good this day. Appetizers and entrees coming up at the same time. Sandwich entree being cooked at same time as appetizer and then being left under hot lamp for several minutes. Not good as you can tell when it was brought to the table it had sat for awhile before being brought over. Food not up to usual standards this day. Waiter took some price off bill which was very nice of him, but BJs is usually better and I was a bit disappointed. I still will patronize your restaurant, but if it continues like it was the other day, I may not anymore.

    Always great to dine at BJ's especially after the C virus lock-down. Good to see some regular faces, the same atmosphere and good food. Jamie was our server and did an excellent job. We look forward to our next visit.

    My food was great, however my husband’s chicken sandwich was 50% bun with no chicken. It looked like the kitchen used a chicken strip instead of a breast. He left still hungry. This should never happen at this price.

    Ser ice was exceptional since the moment we walked in. We arrived 25 minutes early and the staff took care of us immediately. All protocols were followed and we felt very comfortable. Our waitress (Tarra) was professional, engaging, efficient, and delightful. Food was prepared as requested. Oh, and who doesn't love Jeremiah Red!

    The reason I gave service a three star is not because r my server did a bad job. I felt he was overwhelmed. It felt like they did not have enough people working. Our food was amazing and we enjoyed being out but it took a long time to get to us. We were there an hour before we got our food. My family still very much enjoyed the experience. It was nice to be able to sit in a restaurant. There was plenty of room between tables and i felt very safe.

    BJ's does a formidable job with the total offering. The food choices are many and IMHO top quality. The wait staff is attentive and friendly even during the time of the mask! Great to have them back on-line for dine-in.....

    The first time we went the place was overcrowded and we didn't have a reservation. The second time, we made a reservation through OpenTable. We got there about 15 minutes early. The restaurant was almost full, but not crowded and we were seated right away in a quieter part of the restaurant. The whole staff was very friendly. We didn't have to wait too long for our food, it was excellent, and the portions were very good. The only thing I didn't like was how noisy the place was because of all the people, but on the whole it was a very good experience. My recommendation - make a reservation. It's very easy and can be done online.

    BJs is CONSISTENTLY great! New menu items with zucchini noodles were out of the park yummy. Lorie our waitress was attentive, professional and very thorough. Kudos to her! Love this place.

    We were initially seated in the patio area. After we got drinks we were told we had to move because they had a large party coming in with reservations. It was nice and quiet in the patio area. Not so much in the inside dining area. Wasn’t particularly pleased we had to move and listen to all the noise.

    Went for my sons 26th birthday . We were seated right away . The server was great but it took way to long yo get our drinks , then my sons beer tasted like soap. She mentioned that they just cleaned the lines but I guess something went wrong . It was awful. We waited over an hour for our food ... salads and burgers . We ordered bread with a bowl of soup and the bread never came out. Their special offer was “ sold out “ overall a Terrible dining out experience. Won’t go back .

    Great Restaurant & Brewpub. When visiting Eugene, this is our goto stop for lunch. Food, service, and ambience always consistently good to great. Great menu choices, a little for every palette. Great location too.

    Slow, overpriced. drink had next to no alcohol in it and one meal came not as ordered. also charged for a birthday pizookie (which should have been free and really the only reason we went in the first place). Window table was nice, however. as was the ability to reserved via "open table." and also waitress was nice, just likely overworked.

    Sage was our server on the night of the Garth Brooks stadium. They were insanely busy. He warned us our drinks may take a bit longer due to the high volume but everything came in an adequate amount of time to allow us to get to the concert on time. He was an excellent server and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be visiting the BJs closer to home based off the service I received at this location!
