Chicken nachos weren't great and the chili tasted like can chili. The jambalaya was very good though.

This was our first post-COVID-19 dining experience. The food was amazing! The best part, though? Our server, Jesse! He made the entire experience even better (if that was even possible)!

It was nice to dine out again. The food was good and the service was wonderful.

After not being able to go out and enjoy a nice dinner with no kids... this was one of the better moments of this week. Me and the wife had a wonderful time and can’t wait to do it again.

We use BJ's as a meeting place as it's halfway between Sacramento and the Bay Area. We enjoy the wide selection as each member of our group has very specific likes/dislikes. Our server this last time was great; unfortunately I don't remember her name.

We arrived 5 minutes earlier than our reservation(6:30) but were told they didn’t have enough menus nor a table for the 5 of us. We finally were seated 20 minutes later! The desk person had an “attitude” & was abrupt & rude! Our server was embarrassed due to lack of supplies & foods from the menu. The 3 white wines we ordered were not available nor was a lite beer! We ordered our meal (appetizer —-spinach dip—-was very tasty!) My sweet potato fries (extra cost!!) were COLD!, no ranch dressing for dipping for a Luke warm pizza!, 10 minutes to bring ketchup, refills on coke never came, turkey club was soggy,....shall I go on? I asked to speak to the manager...no one came!
This was our first visit to Vacaville BJ’s. The one in Foster City has been excellent thus we wanted to try Vacaville’s restaurant.
Will we return after such an unpleasant dinner? Decision is still out on that! Price was expensive for cold food! Disappointing!!

Service was not great. It was NYE but she wasn’t friendly. Food wasn’t correct and she apologized but didn’t offer a refund or replacement.

Place was a mess. Food was way over salted. Servers were great though.

Even though we did not have a great experience there this past week, I would still recommend BJ's. If have had very nice meals there in the past, but this particular one was a disappointment. The service was good and it was 1/2 off wine night. We both ordered a tritip plate. I have never had a tougher piece of meat. The taste was good. But who leaves silver skin on tritip? We couldn't even cut it. So order tritip at your own risk.

We rendezvoused with family for lunch and to exchange gifts.? This included our 7-year-old granddaughter and everyone enjoyed our visit. Our server was excellent!

Both times we have come the order have been incorrect. And each time we have said “We’ll Done” for a steak meal it always has to be sent back to be cooked further. Other than that it’s been a great experience.

If you’re looking for a place to eat before or after shopping at the Vacaville Outlets, this is the place for you. It is casual with options to please everyone. On the weekends, they offer brunch as well as their multi page menu. They have a children’s menu and give the kids crayons to color it once they’ve placed their order. Our server, Zaira, was fantastic! When we go back, we’ll request her.

The prime rib was the best I've had in a long time. Generous portion and great flavor.

Visited on Saturday 8/17 for lunch to celebrate my birthday and my daughters birthday. There were 6 of us together very nice place and out waitress was great.

salmon was good but broccoli was cold. Pizookie trio was excellent.

We love the food and hate the toddlers that are allowed to run around screaming. This is not the fault of you but the parents on their cellphones ignoring the kids.

I was impressed with the waiters service. Very polite and made us feel like he cared and wanted to give good service.

Waitress was new and got our drink wrong, hamburger was delicious but fries were very greasy.

This dinner took 3 hours. We had a large group of 10 that sat next to another larger group. Both tables had 1 server that did a fantastic job of trying to get all of both tables taken care of but the groups were just too large for 1 person and the kitchen was so slow it became ridiculous. The appetizers came out cold and the nachos down right gross. Then right after the 40 minute wait for 2 appetizers the food came! Not the best food that I’ve had here. Something was very wrong in the kitchen because it was another 30 minute wait for dessert. All in all kind of a very sad experience for our special bday dinner with our family. It would be nice if the manager had come over

The experience was really good, the crew was amazing at serving, and the food was fantastic. There was a bit of Noise by others around, but wasn’t much of a bother.

I love this place !!! The food is awesome. There are so many selections to choose from. I am always a satisfied and it is a great place to hang out with my friends.

Made reservations with open table and still had to wait 20-30 min for our reserved table. Waiter was not attentive,switched out for break and his replacement never came to check on us. Our food came out and there was hair in chicken parmesan! Told the server and he took it back, but ended up canceling it bc we were all finished with our dinner . Not coming back here again.

It took a really long time to get our food. It was at least 45 mins to an hour to get our appetizer. Apparently, another waiter took our order so we waited a long time. The food was okay but not great. Not sure if we will come back again soon.

When we got there, OpenTable somehow had forgotten to reserve us a table but the hostess managed to get us in with little waiting time. Other than that, everything else was great!

I don't know what this OpenTable relationship is to BJ's but my reservation was more or less put aside as unnecessary by the hostess. I mainly wanted to let BJ's know I was a 'member' or whatever they call their subscriber list. It didn't matter one of my pal's grabbed the check. . .

Yeah I'd recommend BJ's. There are a lot of menu choices, reasonable prices and according to my dining companions, a good selection of beers.

The service was good, not memorably good, but better than I was expecting. The lunches were well presented and the wait time was negligible. Our server never checked back to see if my comrades wanted more beer or if my ice tea needed refilling. Desert options were barely addressed.

The place is loud. Not fun loud or event loud, just loud enough to be noticeable such that I looked around to see why. Nothing special seemed to be going on, so the place is just loud.

Service is good, everybody is friendly. Food could be a bit healthier, not overcooked, place is overcrowded, tables are too close together you can take a bite of the next table plates. But if you need a quick bite to eat, find a good beer and upbeat atmosphere, you found your place.

The open table reservation was great. Walked in and we were seated immediately. However, service was slow. Waited for more than 15 minutes several times for wait staff to return when they said they’d be a minute and although the meals came out together it was clear they had been sitting under heat lamps. Only went because we were given a gift card.

We had a good time. The food was delicious and the service from Kevin our waiter was excellent. Make sure you ask for Kevin to be your waiter and you won’t be disappointed.
