BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Tyson's Corner
Food quality was poor and seasoning was off for both meals. It was also dead and it took forever for the waitress to come to our table to check on us
Great chicken wings, very nice servers!
It was ok. Huge selection which likely makes food less than exceptional but for a dinner out it was fine. Staff was great
the menu is so versatile you can find something for even the most pickiest of eaters. This time our waitress was not the best, but the manager stepped in to help and was wonderful. Luckily we were all relaxed because it did take a long time for everything! But the food was really good so it was easy to forget that. I love the location easy to get to, parking, easy to make reservations so it's an easy choice. All in all I definitely recommend you try especially large groups and families!
Had some issues with the food (getting the order correct).
Great location. Food is average. Server was very attentive.
Celebrated my son’s birthday with family. This is a great spot because the menu was pretty extensive and had a lot of options for meat-eaters, vegetarians, comfort-food-seekers, and those wanting a lighter/healthier fare (including low-carb). Parking was conveniently below the restaurant. We got to watch the last few minutes of the Women’s World Cup, so that was really fun to see on a big screen. The wait staff was great! They brought a birthday “pizookie” for my son, which he loved. I enjoyed their deep dish pizza, beignets, & guacamole.
We had wonderful service and we’re high maintenance
BJ's is an excellent restaurant and brewhouse. It is good for family dining as well as a happy hour meeting location. The ambiance is conducive for practically any occasion. While there is lots of energy, it is not such that one can not talk with their respective party without hollering. The service is great and it is obvious customer focus is primary. Plenty of free parking below. I would highly recommend BJ's to anybody and everybody. For those who enjoy happy hour, the drinks are varied and made well to taste.

Great value. Wide selection that will appeal to everybody.
The menu offers a large selection of wonderful food. Can't go wrong here!
Have a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner. Very patient and attentive server. Loved the MD wine glasses too!
Monday half-price pizza is the way to go
good food for the value. server was quick and efficient
Good waiter yummy food
A wonderful way to celebrate a couple of birthdays.
We showed up at 6:45 pm and the hostess said they were not honoring open table reservations. She explained it would be a 45 minute wait. We eventually were offered a small booth for four. The service was excruciatingly slow especially because we had children with us. The waiter was great and the food was good.
Service was way too slow. Needed to summon waiter many times to remind him of us.
slow service and poor customer service. Waitress couldn't be bothered serving our table, getting us drinks and gave us check even before getting us our food
Our appetizer was overcooked and so was my rib eye.
It looks like....exactly what you'd expect it to look like based on the name....but we really enjoyed the extensive and eclectic menu.
BJs is a fun spot, but to be frank, service is consistently atrocious. I can only recall one time I've been here and my food arrived less than 45 minutes after ordering. On my most recent visit, our food order was placed before 7 PM (happy hour specials), and wasn't delivered until almost an hour later, and only after we asked what was going on with our order. When it arrived, it was all lukewarm and had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp, so I have no idea what the hold up was. Also, when our food finally arrived there was barely room for it on the table because our empty water glasses and appetizer plates from 45 minutes earlier still hadn't be cleared.
I'll be honest, I'll probably be back at some point because their happy hour deals are solid, but I never leave happy about my decision to go.
Excellent!!! Wonderful service, attentive, and professipnal. Great experience
Food was mediocre but dessert was awesome.
Food was very good, waiter forgot the appetizer. We needed a high chair so the restaurant had difficulty finding us a place to sit even though many tables were available. We even had to move after being seated, not very professional.
Excellent from start to finish. Great service by Andy.
Lots of options on the menu, all of them good. Wish there was a way to sample them all.
Good a little pricey for the place.
Servers need more training.
We shared a bunch of appetizers, all were great! The brussel sprouts were surprisingly good, as were the wings!
They ran out of the one thing I wanted and it was not busy. I was a little sad about that, but all in all the atmosphere was cool and there was a large party there celebrating a birthday. I enjoyed it regardless!
Went for dinner with old friends. Very big menu; accommodating and prompt service; moderately noisy but still could talk in a comfy booth; lots of TVs for World Series; better than average selection of healthy stuff interestingly put together; on this weeknight, 1/2 off wine by glass or bottle and $3 shareable deserts (not at all healthy, but yummy!) Quite good value, especially with the weekday discounts.
That menu... So long, so varied...wow.
Good options, great service and though a bit loud, not too loud.
My kids love NY Pizza and had never had deep dish so I took them to BJs. The deep dish pizza was great!! We orders the BJ favorite Light crust fresh tomato and toppings were delicious. We are hard core foodies and we were impressed with the food here at BJs. It was a pleasant surprise. Our children have experienced fine dining since they were babies so I was impressed that they really like a Brewhouse and Bar kind of place.
I had a large service dog with my group (7 of us, in total, excluding the dog) and they put us in a half-circle booth, but we barely had any room. With the service dog crammed beneath us, I had to keep my feet floating in the air because otherwise I would have just been cramming my pup further.
It took my friends a little bit to get sat (about 10 minutes) which was fine, but we are all extremely hungry so I didn't want to have to deal with the hosts having to find us a different table.
I did call the restaurant ahead of time (a handful of hours prior to our arrival) explaining the number in our group and the fact that I was bringing a large service animal with us. They said it would be fine.
Our service was...fine. The server was a bit socially awkward and made comments that while they weren't rude, just rubbed us the wrong way because he was coming off very strong. He was generally very friendly, he just has a very strong personality.
Our server failed to coordinate busing the table on a couple occasions. Our table was already so crammed and we had water, cocktails, appetizers, and our entrees overtaking our table. We piled our dishes at the edge of the table to give the cue they were ready to be picked up. The server was good about making visits to our table, but I never saw him pick up a dish to remove from our table. While I understand there's a team of supporting staff to help bus the table, it was just irritating to see because we were completely crammed.
The server did also forget to bring a side of blue cheese that I had asked for. It wasn't a big deal, but I ended up just saying "feel free to skip the blue cheese" because I was basically done with my meal anyway and ended up eventually preferring a side of ranch dressing, instead.
I have previous serving experience so I'm generally pretty patient when servers drop the ball, however, when I have a unpleasant service experience like I did during this visit, it's just disappointing.
Waiter was incredibly inattentive and slow. Had to be asked / reminded for everything, from plates for our appetizers, cutlery, to bringing our drinks. Food was subpar. Our expectations weren’t all that high given all we were after was an everyday dining place, but even by that low standard it still managed to disappoint!
Service wasn’t that great but food surprised to the upside
Food good. Came out of the kitchen VERY fast. Server very knowledgeable and helpful. Menu maybe too big. Lots of choices
Very small portions for what you pay for
Food was very average without a lot of taste. Had appetizers and a salid
