BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Towson

The food lacked seasoning and it was cold. The drinks were very strong!

Food and service was good.

We were here to celebrate my mom's birthday. Food was yummy! The wait staff was great. All around good time!

Omar was the highlight to our visit. His deep voice was intimidating at first but then when you get to know him a little he's awesome. :) We have been to a few BJ chains in the past and the only thing we ever remember are the desserts. Now we remember why. The food, not just at this location, is very bland. This location also felt very dirty, so much in fact that for the first time ever my wife wanted to get home fast to change out of her clothes' because of it. We will not be returning to any locations, except maybe for a dessert.

The greeter, waiter, and manager were all very accommodating and apologetic about the limited menu and service shortage on Labor Day. We were celebrating my step-daughter’s 50th birthday, and our waiter was so kind during the candle lit dessert. I appreciate all their efforts and sympathize with their trying to keep customers happy with very limited staff and food.

Food took forever to come. We ended up having to cancel one of our entrees and the desserts. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours.

I had the Jambalaya....it was good but the portion for $21 was not comparable

The food was amazing. We had a reservation but didn't get seated until 7:40. Say the the table no waitress or anything until my partner spoke to someone. We waited almost 20 mins for drinks. Our end of the day waiter was 10 out of 10 but the rest was terrible. Next time I will do curbside.

Considering how busy at the time we were there and being a party of 10, our server was great! Appreciated her multitasking.
My California flatbread was exceptional!!! Others sampled it & agreed. 👍

Everything was wonderful my son enjoyed his 12th grade graduation dinner . The food was amazing. We will be returning soon

Great food!

Great waitress but not staffed properly to handle minimum crowd or timely reservations. They seemed short staffed. Our waitress Darlene had a positive attitude and did a great job.

The server Juan was super friendly, super energetic, and super well mannered throughout our meal. He was very attentive and super easy going throughout. If I was to go to back again someday, I will love to have him as my server again; he was top notch.

Service was meh. There were 4 servers sitting around waiting for tables to be populated. Our server was in charge of the only 2 tables occupied (ours and another) and the WHOLE bar (?). I guess that is a management issue, he tried his best but was stretched thin (inexplicably). I was there with some older people and children without cell phones. The menu is only available via QR code (bc of covid) but come on, keep some paper print outs around instead of making people pass around one phone and dig thru screens for the menu. Sigh....
The food was fine. Burgers were big and juicy. The ice cream pizza trio we got was tasty as were the chicken wings. Would go back again & hope the service issues get worked out after covid.

Had a screw up with Open Table which was aggravating but later corrected by BJ's. Other than that food and service was excellent. In looking over the menu had a hard time deciding what to have. Will be back

Not sure if it's the management or just staffing, but we have just recently had very poor service at BJs. When we arrived for lunch on a Saturday, there was only 1 other table seated. Our "server", never got his name, was absent. We had to ask the other server for refills. Our server kept going into the bar area though no one was seated in that area or was sitting at the bar. We eventually had to call across the restaurant to get his attention. Despite only one other table, our appetizers took 20 minutes to come out. For the classic chicken sandwich, either the bun is too big or chicken filet too small in that it covered only 1/2 of the bun. The chicken pita tacos had barely any chicken in them and they were out of the quinoa side salad. Just a very disappointing visit.

It was a good experience, not sure if the tri tip was beef, tasted more like a pork chop. The pzookie trio was good though.

Over priced dishes! The price did not match the quantity of the food. Food was ok once they got it right. They messed up 2 of our food orders and not once did the manager come and check. Poor management!

Didn’t have what we originally ordered, server had somewhat of an attitude.

Our visit was on Saturday at lunch. Our server was nice, but either they didn't have enough servers or our server kept "disappearing". Drinks weren't refilled - food came out staggered. The food was good -warm not hot. They didn't check us in upon our arrival as requested (has happened multiple times at this restaurant), then later received an email from Open Table that our reservation had been cancelled since we were a no show. Not sure if this is the restaurant's attempt at not paying the fees associated with OT or what, but it's aggravating!

Everything was great. Our reservation was for 5. My daughter had a group of 12 to celebrate her 17th b-day. The female waitress was okay, a little sarcastic, but okay otherwise. Lisa was awesome, very accomadating and patient. I sat at the bar just to be close but away from the kids. The bartender Anna was awesome.
I had the shrimp tacos and a Berry Hard Cider, they were delicious.

We had reservations for 7 at the movie theater and we were done by 6:35; giving us enough time to take pics and go to concession before the movie.

It was a great day.

The food and service were good. The only issue was the number of juveniles loitering and running around outside. It makes one feel uneasy getting to and then leaving the restaurant. It is also a distraction while in the restaurant with them running around outside and walking on top of the planter walls directly in front of the windows. We will no longer go to the neighboring movie theater because of those individuals that make for an unpleasant experience. BJ's is probably already losing business as a result and it will just get worse if they are not able to ban together with the neighboring restaurants, elected officials, and police to prevent these gatherings in front of their establishments.

Everything was perfect. Walked in, got our seats. Got our drinks and appetizers quickly. Love this place!

The food was good - served promptly - flow of the meal was a little off-everything tasted good and was hot. Our server, Jewel, did a good job, though sometimes she would not be visible in the dining area so we could get refills, other items needed.

With all the COVID restrictions these last 6-7 months, it was important that we really celebrated my daughter’s birthday but in a safe way. The entire staff followed safety protocols, guests were seated a safe distance away from each other, good food, good value, excellent service! It was a wonderful birthday celebration at BJ’s!

First time at this location. Very impressed. We will be back!!!

Enjoyed our visit, will return for dinner. Prices are a bit high, for the portion sizes. Parking could be a little bit closer and free.

Our dinner at BUds was great! Our server Omar did a wonderful job - taking care of all of our needs. Our food was delicious, tasty and hot when served - prepared just as we ordered.

Overall food and area was good. However our server was just ok.

We were the only customers in the restaurant, so that was a little strange. But as always, the food was delicious and our service was first rate.

Great meal and great service from Travis. All of our food was perfectly prepared and hot!

The best thing was using open table to avoid the wait. The table we were seated was dirty and had request it be cleaned. The server was slow overall. The food was brought out but no silverware, asked server and other servers for silverware to hopefully expedite matter since food were present. One tea was never received and the other tea did not include the ingredient to make it a peach lemonade and asked for another one that was delayed in arrival. The bill included the tea that was never received and the reward number was not included. This is my second time visiting and each visit in Michigan and Maryland were not good experiences and the food was ok. I may try one more time and hope the third time is the charm!

Tried the CAULIFLOWER & QUINOA POWER BOWL WITH BLACKENED SALMON. It was delicious. I might go back again just to get it and am trying to recreate it at home. Service was great. Perfect place to go pre/post movie.

Food was very good. Lots of options on the menu. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday night. Will definitely return
