Everything was wonderful, except our service. The waitress was very kind and friendly but she was not very attentive or punctual. Our reservation was for a for a birthday celebration and the restaurant was at 50% capacity and very busy. It took way too long to be given menus, drinks, food, and silverware. Our entire stay was just over 3 hours and not in any way due to our slow reluctance to leave the celebration but due to the timing to receive the necessary service to enjoy our dinner. I would have expected to be there at most an hour and a half but more than 3 hours was not ideal. In turn this ended up causing the other evening plans to be canceled due to being late. The Mgr/Waitress did set up the table with the provided decorations and even placed the candles in the desert as requested but, I was definitely disappointed in our unfortunate timing delay.

We made reservations at BJ’s on a Friday. We had not been since the beginning of the pandemic and we were pleasantly surprised. The lighting was fabulous, plexiglass between the booths. We both ordered the prime rib and the meal was superb. We will definitely be back soon!

The waitress took our drink order and then disappeared for 10 minutes. We finally ordered and our salads came out but no silverware. When the finally brought the silverware, out entrees came out 1 minute later. The food was fair at best-the asparagus was overcooked, the mashed potatoes were over microwaved, and the tortilla soup was cold. The worst experience we have had there.

The bacon on my burger was BURNT, the burger patty was OVER done & the glass they brought my beverage in was DIRTY!

We had reservations. Table was ready. Server was very helpful and friendly. They made a mistake on my bill. I didn't even notice it. The manager came to our table and apologized and corrected the error in MY favor of about $15. I left the original tip. We felt safe in a dangerous time.

Our mozzarella sticks were not cooked properly so they were half empty. Everything else was wonderful! We made reservations and the table was ready right on time. I felt the spacing of the tables for the pandemic protection was very comfortable. We will be back.

Perfect for date night. I set a reservation earlier that day, everything flowed smoothly and they were practicing social distancing so it made it even more enjoyable. Besides super wet lettuce on my salad, I definitely plan to do it again soon.

We had reservations but the hostess was seating people who walked in after us. We didn't have a large party or anything so I don't why we had to why longer than other people. Then, my husband ordered a Tri-tip wedge salad and we were told long after we ordered that they were out of Tri-Tip. So he ordered something else. They brought our food out at the same time and mine was cold and all he ordered was a burger. It ended up being a 2.5 hour dinner which is ridiculous. Our kids were well taken care of except they were completely finished eating their meals and waiting on us when we hadn't received ours yet. By the way, we thought that the menu situation was ridiculous too. I don't have a QR scanner on my phone so I had to download an app, then scan code to download the menu and the menu contained no calorie counts or pictures. It was a pretty pathetic experience for a birthday dinner....with no birthday pazookie or anything. We probably be won't be visiting this location ever again. Horrible experience.

They’ve done a great job accommodating guests in this pandemic atmosphere. Of course it doesn’t hurt that their restaurant is HUGE. Abbreviated menu still offers good variety and, with the exception of my tri-tip, was very tasty fare. Of course the highlight of the evening was the triple-chocolate pazookie. We will go back soon just for another one of those—this time with coffee.

House beer was warm and flat. Items described by the server to have “happy hour” pricing were charged as full price then took multiple rewrite attempts to get corrected. Food quality was fair but warm beer and resistance to correct the check made the entire experience unpleasant

Always great food choices to satisfy varied tastes. Portions are generous. Service is quick and efficient. Friendly staff. We enjoy coming here. It’s an excellent restaurant option for Temple.

They seemed reluctant to seat us when we arrived even though we had reservations. The food took a long time to arrive. I get the over all impression that management wants you to just show up and take your chances on getting seated!

Great food, great atmosphere. Our waitress Keyshia was wonderful but I think she was bit overwhelmed. maybe our group size of 10 people. she wasn't very knowledgeable of the menu items either but her customer service was 100%

Was welcomed cheerfully and felt like an old patron. The staff was always near by for any needs. The sound system kept the tone of conversations to each table. Overall, I will dine here again suggesting the establishment to others. The only beef (which I ordered) I could note is that the steak (which I ordered) knife Could of bettered been as an butter knife.
