Food, receipt, and drink orders were completely wrong. Our son didn’t receive his food. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The waitress and front desk staff did a sensational job getting us sitting and fulfilling our orders. The cooks did an amazing job with the food. The bartender prepared our adult beverages and exceeding our expectations. Thank you Bj brew house for taking care of my friends and I. This was the best way to relax after a hard day at work. If you are going to BJ's with a group of more than 6 be ready to wait! We waited for 20 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink orders. Once we had ordered our food we again waited almost an hour for our food to come out- by then most of it was cold. The waitress only came around when she absolutely had to- never came by to ask how things were or refill drinks. They really were not that busy and you could see wait staff just standing around chit chatting. They did comp a couple of the meals, and if it wasn't for the delicious Pisouki's it would have been an entire waste of 3 hours.

We arrived at BJ’s and they were so unorganized at the front desk that it took almost 10 minutes to check us in. The food was great and so was our server, but when I looked at my credit card I noticed that they upped my amount from $81.99 to $82.00. I know it is only a penny, but I did not authorize it.

Our service was terrible. We waited over an hour to get our appetizers or our food. We had to ask many times for silverware and more water. Very disappointed. We never really saw our server, I know it was busy but never experienced that before.

I am a root beer guy. The homebrew is some of the best root beer I have ever had. Absolutely wonderful. the food including dessert was wonderful as well. To be fair I would return again even if the food was sub par just for the root beer!
