BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Tacoma
Was unable to locate Tacoma venue, so i am unable to write an accurate review of someplace that i did not visit.
I enjoyed the Seared Ahi Salad. Kudos to Ash, my server, who recommended the Octoberfest beer. It was tasty.
Good service and food was good. Menu is varied and our guest seemed to enjoy it.
Yes I would but I would tell them to stay away from california club sandwich. The sandwich was not good. Bread was soggy and I asked for extra crispy bacon and the bacon was barely cooked. Might have a chef that doesn’t like to be asked for certain things because asking for extra crispy bacon and getting bacon that looked like it wasn’t even cooked and not edible might mean you have a diva chef.
I got the chicken strip salad, it was over $15.00, it was not fresh. The entire salad was very soggy, like it had been sitting there for along time. I couldnt eat it. We also ordered a kids cheese pizza, & it came with tomatoes all over it. That was not ate either. I would not recommend ordering those items.
Very good service, no issues. Seated as scheduled no problems, open table was very convenient and reduced normal wait time.
Our server was just great! We were glad to be able to make a reservation. The staff was warm and welcoming, and our server moved at the (slow pace) of our girlfriends' night out. The food was fantastic and was served hot and fresh.
Service was awesome we had a table of 10 and waiter was always available and food was great
Our server Trish was on it and awesome! Majority of the food was great. Two smaller things- The brussel sprouts were too charred and the soda was flat.
This was my birthday dinner. My French Dip was disappointingly light on the Prime Rib and the au jus was too salty. My sweet protato fries were cold when I got the plate. Also, I had a BJs Brewhouse Blondd which was excellent and ordered a Gig Harbor Giggly Blonde as a second beer and I think I got an IPA (very bitter) instead, which took a long time to get, which I dislike. I didn't complain to my wife and daughter because I didn't want to ruin their treat of taking me to dinner for my birthday.
My wife, daughter, and grand daughter enjoyed their burgers and fries, however.
Even though it’s was New Years Eve I still felt my sever Jasmine was attentive even though it was busy. My meal was delicious and I was super happy to see the prime rib was available on holiday, thank you BJ’s.
Food was good, service was great. Menu is pretty huge so it's kind of hard to choose something. But everything I've ever had was delicious.
Good food and fun. But wait staff missed parts of our meal, after several reminders.
My wife’s order was misdelivered and took an extra 15-20 min for it to come out and we were not offered any type of discount for the error.
This is a chain, but has excellent food and perfect service. Never had a bad meal there.
Food has improved quite a bit! The service was fantastic! I don't think I've ever had such an attentive server! I made sure to let them know before I left how great she was!
I have frequented BJs for years. It's the perfect place to go with a group because they have a variety of options and you're not limited to a tiny menu. I'm talking a BOOK of options! I just went to the Tacoma location this past weekend for my birthday. Monique was our server and she was fantastic! SUPER honest and genuine and took great care of us.
