Love this place. Servers are always so friendly..but its freezing so bring a sweater....

Telvin took really good care of us! They need more like him, great personality and so good at his job. They are practicing social distancing, I felt very safe.

Had to wait even with a reservation. Food took a long time to come out of the kitchen but was very good.

The wait list was terrible no point of even putting in a reservation online since you will have to wait once you get there. Online reservation is pointless but the server was awesome and doing his job excellent. Overall it was good

Reservation is pointless. Just walk in and put your name on the list!

I had the Tri-Tip & Shrimp Scampi. The beef was well prepared and cooked to my specifications. The shrimp had a very good buttery garlicky flavor which I enjoyed very much. The sides were cooked properly and just the right portion size. Due to COVID restrictions the restaurant was not crowded at all, which kept the noise level very subdued.

Server was very frantic and messed up our order 3 different times. He was kind, but it was a bit of a mess on this particular night.

My server was amazing! I wish I could have left her a bigger tip

1st visit in 5 yrs. Overall very satisfied. Service was awesome (Avi). Food very good. Will be back soon.

First time at BJ's during pandemic. Party of 4, but only reviewing what my partner and I ordered.

They have tables spaced out, so that makes the restaurant seem low energy and quiet. Because of the cap on heads in the restaurant, it made for people waiting outside, which was handled well by reception and staff.

Menus are accessed on phones which is ok. Just hard to get a feel for whole slate of offerings. Started with a glass of wine and a long island iced tea. Wine was good. Long island iced tea was not. We had salad with fried chicken tenders, which was good; and bone in pork chop which was stellar. A lot of food! Topped it off with a salted caramel Pizookie, which can't be beat.

Overall, a good time was had by all. Good place to relax and enjoy comfort food.

It took a long time to receive our orders as there were very few servers on duty. We have always loved BJ’s but the prices have become a little high. My beloved Cobb Salad is no longer available and the technology was overwhelming. I was somewhat disappointed but understand the difficulties under which you are working and appreciate your being open.

Sodas were watered down , had to ask for different drinks twice . Food was alright . Seemed like they were short staffed . Took waiter long time to serve our drink or get refills .

Made reservation for 12:00- got there told a 30 minute wait:/. Sat in the bar area- good job of staying “clean” - food was unexceptional and a bit overpriced- $17 for lunch salmon quinoa bowl. Waiter was AWOL for 30 minutes- had to flag down someone else.

We arrived and our reservation was not honored. They had seated parties in front of us that did not have valid reservations and as a result we had to wait 20 minutes for a table that seated 5 for a party of 6. The host was rude and even once seated the service was very slow as they seemed understaffed and ill prepared.

The service was the worst. Had to wait for everything. Our drinks were not refilled. Dirty dishes were left on the table after we ate the appetizers. When we left they were still on the table. Our total time at the table due to poor service was over 2 hours.

The table I requested wasn’t reserved when I got their.

five of our six meals were good. Unfortunately, my hamburger was raw. I do not trust sending food back to the kitchen so i tried eating the seared outside of the burger, not great. Fries were ok, service was good. I guess one bad meal out of six isn't bad unless it's your meal.

The menu is very large and overwhelming. During the World Series the store is super noisy when the local team is playing, not your fault though. The food always taste fresh and well prepared. We had reservations, via OpenTable, and were sitted very close to our reservation time. Which was surprising given just how many people were already there and waiting for tables as well.

The food was wonderful as always. I asked for a side dish of well done broccoli with a hint of butter and got exactly what I asked them to prepare.

Overall a good experience would recommend this restaurant.
