   Excellent service, no pressure to hurry and leave. Server let us visit, long time friends that hadn’t seen each other for years. Highly rate the total experience, couldn’t have had a nicer time. Thank You!

   Food was excellent! Service was abit aggravating, waitress was very confusing on describing dishes, had to remind her 3 times that I needed a new cloth napkin due to had to clean seat before sitting. Asked for our appetizers to be brought out to us before our dinner... brought out 4 minutes apart... had to ask for a Boba straw 4 times for a Boba drink. BUT food and ambiance was awesome!

   The prices have gone up quite a bit since the last time I ate here. There were only four of us and we did not get anything fancy or drinks. In fact, two of the items we purchased were half off and we still paid over $100. Way too much for a family dinner.

   Very good food and service overall at BJ's Restaurant in Southcenter Mall. Everyone liked what they ordered in my group and I heard no complaints regarding either the food, service or noise level. A few standouts from the food ordered include the New Orleans Jambalaya, a Gourmet Five Meat Pizza, and the Wedge Salad, as well as the non-alcoholic Berry Tasty drink.

   The food was good and we were sat quickly. Service went down from there. Had to wait to order, drinks came out wrong, asked several times for a wipe down on the table before it was finally done.

   After booking a table through Opentable on the website, the host who greeted our party could not locate our reservation at the front desk, which created much confusion and defeated the purpose of trying to secure a table in advance. While our orders were prepared correctly, the wait in between courses averaged 20 minutes without any updates given from our server. Tasty food, impersonal service.

   A special shout out to Jackie, our server, for the excellent service she provided. Our appetizers were spaced out, so when our meal appeared, we weren't still working on them. A big plus was when we didn't have to wait around with empty glasses, which is always nice. The food was excellent with good-sized portions for lunch specials. Pizookies were delicious as always. Our reservation was during lunchtime, so it was nice and quiet and not hurried at all.

   Waiter Brian K was awesome. Always on top of things and pro-active. Appreciated his great service. And love the weekday $13 specials (the Strawberry Fields Salad with Chicken and Chicken Parmigiana are especially delicious) that include a personal Pizookie! Why go anywhere else for lunch?

    Put us at the worst table in the house empty restaurant and we sat next to the bathroom. The service was ok, nothing special. Ordered bread bowl of soup came out in a bowl. Asked for lemons for the water 3 times and it came out after the second attempt at serving the soup. Soup was not hot. We finished eating and servers and managers just walked by our table with the dishes piled high. Just average at best. I’ve had the same experience before at this BJ’s so I do t set the bar very high on expectations, but it’s amazing how they can find a way. Right before dessert they dimmed the restaurant lights our table was the only one that did not have a dimmable bulb so our table flickered like a strobe light. A table full of managers sat in a booth next to us and gave us no mind to the experience.
