BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Shenandoah
We have been to BJ’s on a few occasions. The food today was not good. My Philly cheesesteak was over cooked (rubbery) and the Cole slaw was terrible (limp and brown lettuce). French fries were delicious, though. My husband’s tri-tip was just okay.
Our server, while very nice, was very very slow. We were half way through our meal when she came to do the “everything okay” check. I asked for au juois (sp?) to go with my sandwich. She brought it out 7 minutes later. SEVEN. Too long. It took quite a long time to get our credit card receipt as well.
Guessing it was just an off day all the way around, but we were disappointed, to say the least.
Great date and food.
Good food, also a great place to watch sports.
Really poor organization in the kitchen (or so it seemed). Salads came after the main course. Waited 45 minutes for dessert and just ended up paying the check and leaving before it even came. First bad experience there...but will certainly be remembered.
Great service, amazing menu choices for a variety of tastes. Good fresh ingredients.
Good food. Very busy on Sat night. Server was good, but pace of food delivery too fast. We did not finish the appetizer before the entre’s were brought out.
Wonderful experience. Heather our server was outstanding.
Kids had the Mac and cheese, which was literally Kraft Mac and cheese, but they like that. I had the Ahi Tuna Salad. Tuna was very salty, but salad was otherwise okay.
Pizza was not good poorly made
I had a top shelf margarita that was way over priced. The glass didn’t have more than 6 oz of liquid in it. $11.75 is unacceptable for that drink
I like to give everyone a second chance.
My first experience here is the food was medium warm. When I ordered onion rings with my burger instead of fries, the onion rings were sautéed, not rings at all! The burger was very good! The service lacked. Waite staff was very friendly, but either new or inexperienced. When I asked for a Bombay sapphire and tonic, I had to send it back it because it didn't taste like Bombay Sapphire. I was told the tonic, not the gin, and that they had had lots of complaints about the tonic.... then why are you still using it? Ended up with iced tea. That said, will give it a second chance somewhere in the distant future, but for now, only a 2 star.
The food was delicious and our server was super friendly and knowledgeable😊
