The calamari appetizer was small relative to price we paid. Also, it was hardly seasoned but did provide two dipping sauces. The tortilla soup was extremely salty. The deep dish pizza we had was very good and to of us could not finish the medium size pie. The COVID-19 protocols were reasonable and staff wore mask continuously. Our server (Bryan B.) was very sociable and new menu items extremely well!
Lovely indoor meal!
There were only 12 patrons in restaurant. Soup took a long time to come. No hot beverages since machine was broken. Could have been better prepared for customers
Dining during the covid pandemic. Overall experience was good, friendly staff. Food was good!
Consistent good food and service. Will be back.
Food was fine but when I went to the bathroom I slipped as the floor had a film of cleaning solution on it. When we brought it to the attention of the hostess she didn’t really care. Nor did the manager. Just trying to save you a lawsuit... lame
Good food, good service.
Not great service. Seems like it going down hill.
Food is very expensive . Value no longer there. Only reason to go is convenience and TV screens .
The food was very good. And the service was excellent. Will be.going back.
Disorganized and spotty service, food was ok, but overly salted
Service was very slow. Took 40 min to get our food.
We have visited 2 different locations in the last week and realized both were very slow with service. Nothing to do with our waitress or waiter. Kitchen staff seems to be lacking. Took 45 minutes to hour for food to get to the table. Our visit at both location was for 2 hours sitting and waiting for our drinks, food and their famous Pazookies. If you have time it’s a nice place to visit.
We were asked to wait an additional 10 minutes even after making an online reservation. There was 5 in our party and we were seated in a very crowded part of the restaurant where the tables are very close together. This place is ALWAYS overcrowded and the wait can sometimes be up to 1/2 hour or more. The waiter was good and the food OK. I only try to go to BJ's once in a while.
It was great and enjoyed the NBA finals.
This is NOT a fine dining restaurant and it is also not a fast food restaurant but BJs needs to figure out what is an appropriate amount of time one should have to wait for service/food, etc. In my opinion, the wait for food is ALWAYS way too long. Requests for service are rarely responded to a timely manner -- ask for cream for your coffee and your coffee will be way too cold by the time you get it; ask for extra BBQ sauce for your sandwich and you will have finished your lunch before you receive it. This has always been a problem at this BJs -- since it opened!!
Such bad service. Not sure why we went back
Something for everyone! Consistently ok, ahi salad rocks!
Service was slow. There were 15 servers/bus people but oddly enough most tables still had menus so it was safe to assume orders had not been taken yet. The appetizers came out after the entrees and the salad meant for an entree came out well before anything else. We were never checked up during the meal and drinks went dry without offering any refills. For the number of servers walking around, I would expect better service. I don’t know if the exciting NBA game on the tv was distracting, but the service was noticeable.
I do appreciate that our reservation was accommodated 30 minutes early.
We had so much fun, it was my 5 years old son birthday and we had free cake for his birthday, I highly recommending this place
Under staffed, very slow, feed average at best
Fun place, very crowded and of course the food was delicious.
Great food, service was not ok, it was possibly during a shift change, it was hard to know who was our waiter as their were so many waiters in the back area, talking around tables.
The server was very hard to hear, but he did a great job. He was very nice, but I don't remember if he said his name. The food was AMAZING. I treated myself, and was not disappointed. Grand Kudos to the chef!
Our server, George (had only been working there 2 weeks) was exceptional. He absolutely made the evening stand out.
