Great Service and food. I would strongly suggest this restaurant
We ordered the slow roasted tri tip special (Thurdays). Very tender and tasty. Comes with 2 sides and dessert. Outstanding deal.
BJ's at San Jose Marketcenter is a good place to have dinner on a Saturday night
Cherry Chipotle salmon is delicious. Drinks are made real good too.
Had to flag down a waiter to get served. Food was less than average. I had the prime rib dip and the meat was way overcooked and very dry. I added french fries and they were luke warm.
Great food and service
Good service without too many interruptions.
Food was good, service could have been better, but nothing that would stop me from returning here.
Good lunch today. BJ's is always reliable for providing a decent meal. Their triple chocolate pizookie is phenomenal! Service was good.
Once again our waiter got saddled with a huge 30 person party. We’ve had Chris before. He’s great. But be smarter when assigning tables
Very poor service. It took for ever to get our drinks and dood.
This is not our servers fault, it he and another server, were given a party of 30 that was seated outside at the other end of the restaurant than we were sitting. We had to ask another server to put in our soup/salad order. Our server was obviously trying his best, it was handed a bad deal. Poor table assigning on the part of the hostess/ manager on duty.
Food was generally good.
The waiter was probably new to the job. There a few things that could have been done better, but I’m sure he will improve with time.
It was great. Food was delicious. The server was professional, friendly, and very considerate. We got there at 11:30 a.m. as the noise level tends to increase at noon on.
Carlos our wait staff was superb at what he does. He listens, really listens and got everything right! That is impressive as he had a ton to do, many tables and back and forth to the kitchen. He deserves a raise. You have a great employee there. The food came out fast, hot and delish! Thanks for that! We will be back. Great spot to watch the planes come into San Jose Airport too! Great selection of food, and drinks. Bravo!
The fettuccine my wife had seemed to be lacking the sauce. Curious.
When we arrived our table was ready for us. Mike, our server, was attentive without being intrusive. The food was a bit slow coming out to the tables. Part of our group received their food several minutes (5 or more) before the others. They waited for us all. But, that was odd as we had just one ticket and all ordered together.
It was quite enjoyable. Thank you.
best food
best service !
good vibe
great place to go to
Even with reservations, still need to wait (20 minutes), even though empty tables. Food, as usual, was yummy. Recommend sitting inside at this location because directly under flight path to SJC so outside seating gets noisy. Got some good photos of the underbellies of several aircraft though. :-)
Was seated quickly despite being late for our reservation. Huge menu. Was there for the sharks game and our food arrived quickly so we could enjoy it leisurely. Waitstaff checked in with us often.
Very attentive & friendly staff. Food was very good
It’s pointless to make reservations ahead on Open Table for this restaurant. Once you arrive, you’re put in the queue with those who walked-in without reservations. We waited 20 minutes for our table and were seated only after I insisted. The food was delicious. Really excellent. However, the service was really slow.
An average meal, with average service, reserved because every place nearly was booked.
The service was excellent. The environment was very comfortable.
My boyfriend had order Shrimp Tacos( one came out without Shrimp).
I had order Salmon which serving with Asparagus and Coucous. My dinner came without Asparagus.....:(
The server was good.
Thanks for the Open table reservation, it’s very convenient and the hosttes doing good job.
Though we made a reservation with opentable, we were informed that it was not reflected in their system. We had to wait for 50 mins which was frustrating. The food and ambiance were really great except for the messed up reservations.
Always a place to eat. Everytime when I go, I zone really have a bad experience here. Pizookies are amazing here!!!
Compared to the store in Cupertino, this location has some work to do on its service.
No one knows what the other is doing. Kitchen is disorganized and sends out entrees before appetizers and waiters are clueless about the menu when asked. Some training needs to be done.
Go to the Cupertino location for better service and food.
Our waitress was fabulous and she was on top of everything. I ordered a salad that sounded great; however, I did not see or taste a single piece of avocado. It tasted mostly like onions. I did not tell the waitress. Being with friends who paid for my meal, I did not want to complain. This was probably the first time I was not happy with my food and I have been to BJ's over 20 times.
Stop trying to seat us at the raised booth with the BROKEN TABLE. ITS BENT. REPLACE IT. I’VE MENTIONED IT TWICE NOW!!
Good service and good food. Nothing too special but a good value.
