BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Roseville
Our server was outstanding! However the French fries were cold and my coleslaw never arrived. They had too many guests and not enough servers.
I have been to 3 different BJ's in the Sacramento/ Folsom area and this one seemed best overall. It was a wonderful experience and I will come again. Thanks for making my Daughters 39th birthday GREAT!!!
We were seated at reservation time but it took an hour to get our food. The chef came out and apologized for the wait. We had two toddlers with us. At least the brought the kids food right away.
This location is always packed - one of the reasons we don’t go there often. This was the first time eating there with an Open Table reservation. We checked in a few minutes early and waited. They continued to take parties in ahead of us. About 15 minutes past our reservation we went up to the hostess table and reminded her that we had a reservation and were immediately taken back. I think she forgot us. Once seated, we were served quickly and food was good.
Great time, and our waitress was spectacular! Would definitely return!
Service was ridiculously slow, so slow that we have no plans to return anytime soon.
Made reservations through Open Table for 7:00 pm. However, was not seated until 7:25 pm. Asked the host why we were seated so late, she responded that BJ's puts Open Table reservations as a low priority. Not sure whether it is BJ's vault or Open Tables. Hosts were not to accommodating and doubt that I will eat there again or make reservations through Open Table. Service by our server was great!
We had a party of 6, 3 of whom were celebrating birthdays. My mother's broccoli was under cooked and completely cold. I had the french dip. The photo in the menu is of a thickly layered pink roast beef. What I received was so completely overcooked and about a third of the beef. It was extremely disappointing. I didn't say anything because my elderly Mother gets easily upset and she had already had a problem with the broccoli. Everyone else was happy with their food.
Our food was served lukewarm. The waitress offered to bring us new items, but we declined because we were hungry. She did bring out more sweet potato fries and French fries and they were both lukewarm/cold again. Destiny the waitress was great, but the overall experience was a less than desirable.
Friday night at BJ's...you'll need to make a reservation. Food was really good...lots of choices and the service was excellent. We sat for a couple of hours (tipped well) and never felt rushed.
Made a reservation for 6pm. Didn’t get seated until almost 7pm. The hostess was rude and unaccommodating. She stated they do NOT take open table reservations and won’t honor them. Had to complain to about 4 people about it before they finally sat us almost an hour after our reservation time. Won’t go again.
We got our appetizer like 20 mins after we ordered it. We order our food about 10 mins after we order the appetizer and got that 30 mins later and it was cold, I ate it, but my girlfriend ask for them to fix it and the manager just asked to heat it up and it seemed like he just threw it in the microwave and onto a new plate and gave it back to her and it was still barely warm. The only things they got right were our drinks and our pizookie at the end. the entire time the waitress was very nice.
Gluten free choco chip pizzokie is one of the best desert I have in my life ......
Loved it, totally a family place. Really no other word then I Loved It
Our waitress Amber was awesome, professional, and attentive.
