    The service was mostly good however, I received the wrong drink order after repeating my order, and it seemed to be mostly juice/not alcohol. The appetizer was good, the burger was mediocre.

    Unfortunately the site skews towards positive reviews but my experience wasn't a bad as the stars make it seem. I just wouldn't classify the food or service as good. It was just okay. I really don't have a negative except that the house beer isnt the best in any category I've tried and I've had tastier food for less. I wouldn't go back but wouldn't discourage anyone else from going.

    1. They lost my reservation for 7:30 and they blamed Open Table for loosing it. No apologies. No empathy. 2. Sat down at 8:10pm. While waiting I observed 5 tables that needed bussing but I they had no bus stop person. 3. We placed our orders 3 people in my party. Waitress had no empathy or apology for the major disappointment of the inefficiency of this poor running restaurant. 4. Our food finally came. 9:15pm. 5. My wife’s grilled shrimp came out cold to the touch. We were already beaten down from the experience. When asked if she could replace the shrimp we said we really don’t want to wait for another extended amount of time. Waitress could careless. I am obviously never coming back to this restaurant again. They have real problems and their employees who walked around like unhappy zombies should find other careers.

    The open table app/system flawed so our reservation was canceled by one of the managers because an over scheduling. We only had to wait 30mins but then it took quite a while to get our drinks and food. The server was great, but things were on the slow side.

    It was horrible!!! They said they couldn’t honor the reservation we had with opentable and that they had tried to call everyone that made reservations through here. I never received at call! They were extremely rude about it and said it was a glitch in their system and that they don’t even take reservations. There were so many people coming in and getting mad! They didn’t apologize at all. I will never go back there again.

    Easy to review and seated upon arrival. The atmosphere is typical of a grill/bar site with interesting menu selections and wide variety of beers. Everyone selection was delivered as ordered, beautifully delivered and delicious. As it was our first time for us, we were surprised at the large size and private area for seating. Even though the lunch crowd increased, the noise level remained the same. We will be back!! Great service.

    We were sat right away. Server Sonja was terrific. Two of our part was seated and the rest came in and they brought an extra person. Sonja immediately changed our table from a booth to table. Whole experience was great. Plus offered a gift card deal before we paired that was awesome.

    The hostess at the front did not recognize that we made a reservation. She actually favored another group that came in after us and told them to not worry about anyone else. So initially it started off poorly, then turned out really well. Our waitress was amazing and did a great job of ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. So the night ended on a high note.

    Service was great. Food was good not great very overpriced for what we got. Wanted one of the seasonal beers but was told the draft lines where dirty and would not be cleaned or available until the next day. Settled for a different beer. Over the last few months service has stayed great everything else has taken a nose dive.

    We had a reservation and still took forever to get us seated. Then our waitress was rude and unhelpful when I asked questions about the beer on tap. She took 10+ mins to get our drinks then NEVER came back to refill our water or ask if we needed more to drink. The food took over an hour to come out after we ordered and it was sub par at best. We are very very disappointed in our visit and most likely will not ever return.

    The only thing that made this a less than miserable experiences that the manager did what was right We waited 15 minutes for table after having reservations then he told us you were going to need to wait another half hour we told him we drove a half hour to get here and he immediately made arrangements to get a table ready Two of our steaks came back rare, where both of them were supposed to be well done the manager immediately comped us without hesitation Server was preoccupied with perhaps there was a shift that wasn't covered or something like that, overall because of the manager doing what is right we will eat there again

    I ordered a steak. Stressed that I wanted it well done no pink. Waiter brought it back and asked me to cut into it and make sure it was cooked good, I did and it wasn’t. He took it back and cooked it longer and still was pink on inside. I tried to cut a piece that was a little less pink and tasted it and it wasn’t tasteful either. So I was upset about that. Waited almost 20 minutes for it and it wasn’t cooked good and didn’t taste good either. So I probably won’t be back. Waiter was good and so were the fries but that was it.

    I had one gentleman in front of me to check in. It took over 20 minutes for them to get to me only after asking the takeout lady that was standing around doing nothing, just to step up to the plate. There were three people behind me. We were seated in a timely manner. my suggestion would not to have the hostess running around looking lost for five minutes at a time. The hostess needs to be upfront taking care of customers coming through the front door, taking their names etc.! Our waitress, Amy C. Was the absolute most horrible, unfriendly, angry, impatient waitress I have ever experienced! She took our order, did not repeat it back to us, was very rude, if somebody asked her for some thing, once the food was brought, she wouldn’t ask if anybody else needed anything she just took off right then and there, immediately. There were a few items we were trying to gather together that we still needed, then when she brought the one and only thing back, multiple items were still needed for our food. My sons kids pasta was hard and cold, my husband‘s french fries look like yesterdays, dug out of the garbage can. My bun for my chicken sandwich was stale and hard. SO DISAPPOINTED!! The funny thing is we had just visited that same location a week prior, had a fantastic experience, our waiter was two weeks into working there, he was wonderful, he was friendly, the food was fresh! This experience, we thought we would have the same, clearly not even close. Probably will not return to that establishment!! Ever again! Amy C CLEARLY needs a recap in waitressing, she deserves an F in that category!

    We waited for an hour and still had not received our food. We had a simple order - hamburger, chicken sandwich and fries. The table of 4 behind us were also waiting on their food and they were there before us

    The service was fantastic, our server checked on us every so often and refilled our drinks regularly. I got the bacon burger and it was adequate at best. Lots of grease that made the bun soggy very quickly. The fries were delicious though!! I'd probably give them another shot but not get the burger again.

    Our reservations were not honored, we had to wait an extra 30 mins. Our party was split into 2 separate tables. Customer service was poor, the waitress never checked back for re-fills on our drinks. The food was overcooked, undercooked and/or cold.

    I had gone onto the website and it mentioned $6 Appetizers between 4:00 and 6:00. Got there and tried to order them and learned we had to sit at the bar to get those prices. You can't Social Distance at the bar.

    When being seated outdoors, I had been told we had to sit in a sunny location but there was a table available in a shaded area. When I enquired about sitting there the hosted seemed put out that I wanted to sit there, we did. Service, he was nice but forgot some things that were asked for by our party. Food, one in our party ordered the spaghetti. Very dry, hard noodles, scant amount of sauce and not appropriate temperature.

    Great service! Everyone was hospitable. Food was unremarkable. Soba noodles were overcooked to the point of being mushy. Tri-tip beef was flavorful but portion was small.

    The service here was terrible. Made a reservation for 6:30 and when we showed up the hostess spent 20 minutes printing take out order receipts. Despite us going up multiple times to tell her we had a reservation and were here she replied back every time “I’ll be with you in a minute”. More and more people showed up to be sat and got the same answer. The manager even came out to help with the take out orders and still didn’t even attempt to take care of the customers there waiting to be sat. The restaurant was not crowded and there were plenty of available tables, but they were too focused on take out orders and completely ignored the customers who were physically present. We ended up leaving and cancelling our reservation because the service was so bad. On a brighter note, there’s an Italian restaurant right next door that had great service and even better food! Go there first

    I was not impressed with my first time back to BJ’s since the virus. The menu is much smaller. My alcoholic drink was not good and the food was just okay....and the prices have gone up. I probably won’t be back for a while...
