BJ’s is a fun place to visit with friends and family. The food was good and the service was great. Eva was our server and she was very patient with us while we decided on what to eat. The only thing that was my fault was that I was supposed to get a pazookie with my meal and forgot all about it. No big deal.

Extremely slow service. Seemed like the waiter was very inexperienced. He gave us the wrong bill, and I paid it accidentally because I was in a hurry to get out of there. Manager assured me that evening that she would refund me my overpayment back to my credit card the next day. Been waiting for over 2 weeks for a refund for my overpayment and I’m getting the runaround.

Our experience was marred by excessively slow and unresponsive service from our waitress. Requests for more drinks, napkins, and cutlery were ignored or significantly delayed. As a diabetic, I specifically ordered the filet mignon with only salt and pepper to avoid any rub that might contain sugar. However, my meal arrived with the rub. When we finally located our waitress, everyone else had finished eating. After explaining the situation, she left for another 10 minutes to check with the chef and confirmed that the rub contained brown sugar. She then asked if I wanted a new filet, which I agreed to. It took another 20 minutes for the manager to bring me my corrected meal, by which time my family had already finished their cake and were ready to leave, as I embarrassingly sat eating my filet as quickly as I could by myself. Despite the inconvenience and the fact that I missed the entire meal with my family, no discount or form of reconciliation was offered. Very disappointed.

My party of 4 waited 20 minutes for drinks ordered to arrive, then another hour for food to arrive. We thought that planning 1.5 hours for a visit would be enough time (we had a movie to get to after dinner) but it was apparently not. We left once we would’ve missed our movie if we waited any longer, so never ended up eating. Our waitress was rarely seen, and when we did see her, she said our food was almost ready, only for us to continue waiting for 20+ minutes before we eventually left. Very disappointing experience.

The restaurant was packed but I did the open table app for a reservation at 5:30. We arrived a half an hour early and they were kind enough to get us an earlier seating. Our waitress was fantastic very pleasant and got our food and drinks in a timely fashion. My husband loved the pork chops I had the appetizer flatbread pizza and the fresh mozzarella and tomato salad. The only complaints we would have is the size of proportions on the rice with the pork chops and the arugula with my salad. We both discussed how inexpensive both of those ingredients are and it would have really made the meal a lot better. Probably because they were so busy is why two of the paper towel dispensers in the woman's bathroom were empty. I informed the manager and she was going to get right on it. I would recommend doing the Open Table app and the variety of food they have available is well worth going.
