Food was mediocre, service was good and friendly, music is terrible and to loud, ambience, it a bar with food. I would still recommend for a quick bite.
We have just had restaurants open for dine in in our area, we chose to go here because we know the menu and how they are set up normally...knowing they would be able to social distance us from others.
Rules were in place and followed. First time out since 3 months.
Again an excellent experience by BJ.
Had an amazing time with my wife on Saturday night. Spontaneous an unplanned, I’m very familiar with this restaurant, but this was the first time I actually left happy. Looks like they step their game up and the new management know what they’re doing when it comes to better service and better overall operations. It would definitely be a regular spot I will be attending now.
Was a great first outing in trying times. Server went out of his way to make the experience positive and safe
Our waiter was very courteous and friendly. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our party. We ordered and the food came out in intervals. The child was served last. I had requested no seasoning on my steak and explained I could not have seasonings. It came with asparagus. I ordered the steak medium. I received my steak and it still had some seasonings on it as well as medium rare. I was not told the restaurant cooked on the rare side. The asparagus had so much seasoning that it was too spicy to eat. The others did not eat their asparagus either due to the spiciness that we were not told about. The child's order was grilled cheese and it was great they accommodated us but the bread was so hard and crispy the 2 year old could not eat it. I was shocked at the ending price of almost $160 for this dinner. Pretty ridiculous. I can't in good conscious recommend this restaurant. They need to be more open and up front about seasonings, spiciness, etc.
We were seated right away on a Saturday evening at 6:30. Service was slow and inattentive throughout our meal even though it wasn’t exceedingly busy. Selection is outstanding, but the food ordered was just ok and a bit pricy for what you get - relatively small portions.
Our waiter appeared angry the whole time. Did not smile. Did not know the menu. Was not friendly or even welcoming. This was the 2nd time we came here and we won’t be back. Not a good experience at all.
Good services and good food! The restaurant was busy but we had good seats and enjoyed the time spent there.
It was great !!
Standard gastropub menu and food. Very good service and scrummy pizookies.
BJs is always great and the Redmond restaurant is no exception. Had a perfectly cooked double pork chop. Desserts are amazing.
We were a party of six including children, and we had great service. Everyone enjoyed their choices of beverages and food. Good value.
it’s a good place for dining and has everything someone would want there
Perfect storm of lots of bad dinning elements.
Table was sticky/never wiped down prior to being seated. Cloth napkins were dirty.
We not offered drinks for 10 minutes after being seated.
One of our appetizers never showed up until asked for.
Small plates for appetizers were not brought to the table when appetizer was served OR when requested. Had to ask a 2nd time.
One of our 8 main dishes never arrived and only offered to the table later by the restaurant assistant/manager.
Food was delicious, quantities were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was outstanding.
Totally would recommend to anybody.
Good food but, too long for service especially when the restaurant was not crowded
We have eaten at BJ's many times and the food is always acceptable-good; however, the service is inconsistent. There were 5 of us dining for dinner and one person received the wrong salad, even though they had specifically requested something different when they ordered from the waitress. Two people ordered deep dish pizza and they did not bring spatulas to get the pizza out of the pan and when they did both spatulas were dirty - still had pizza sauce on them from a previous guest!!
It really works well to have a reservation because this is a busy restaurant. When we arrived we were seated quickly and served quickly and efficiently. We had the apricot topping pork chop dinner and the pork chop was moist and tender and the topping delicious. We had the fully loaded potato and it was sinfully good - the house salad was fresh and good. The noise level is not what we like so it isn't a place to go for a quiet conversation. But can't complain about the food or service. We will be back!
Pizza was undercooked and barely edible yuk. Will not be going back ever again. We used to love this place but no more.
We had a good time with the kids. Pizza was yummy. Pizookie was awesome. Our service was really slow. Also, they forgot our appetizer.
The staff was very prompt and attentive even with our large party. We were ever happy with our over all experience.
Made reservation and told when we checked in that it would be 10-15 minute wait despite reservation. Once seated we waited 15 minutes for a waiter without water served or anything. Finally a nice waitress who was working a different section saw us and stepped in.
i reserved a table. i went at the time and the restaurant was closed. i went all the way there to eat and open table still was accepting reservations when the restaurant was closed.
I think we just had an unfortunate experience. We ordered appetizers, salads and main entrees. Firs the salads came out. Then the entrees. The staff was confused and didn't talk to each other. They gave us the last appetizers for free but they had been sitting somewhere a long time and came to the table and didn't seem very fresh. The wait staff delivered the food and didn't know where any o the entrees went --no big deal but also not hard to solve for a restaurant. The food is good, not great and I'd probably go back for watching sports or to go somewhere with kids as there is so much on the menu. Just need to get their act together a bit.
We had a great new waiter, Daniel, who assisted getting half our family from the table they were seated at moved to our table that we had reserved through Open Table. Once the confusion as to tables was resolved all was fine! The food portions are very generous, interesting microbrews and we appreciated our waiters knowledge of the beers and what foods to pair with the different microbrews. Would recommend for families as well as a couple looking for a casual dinner out.
Reservations were for 6pm and we were seated almost 40 min later. The hostess tried to justify this by saying some other party waited 2hrs (but didn’t have a reservation).
We went for a birthday dinner. The appetizer was alright. The root beer ribs lacked meat, but the glaze was fantastic. The birthday girl wanted the rib eye done Chicago style, which it was not even close. She also ordered a baked potato with butter, it took a while to get the butter. The southern comfort sandwich was well perfect. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo, while it was good. The Alfredo was a little plain.
BJs is famous for their fresh beer and tasty food.I love the ambiance during the NFL game.
I love the BJ's in South Center, but the service at the Redmond location was not great. Messed up multiple orders and never refilled water or checked in. Food was delicious.
Had a great casual dinner with friends. Good food, fair price. Pretty noisy due music, energetic place making communication sometimes challenging. Friendly employees.
Food was ok, way too many menu choices. Calamari not very good at all, root beer was delish as ware their burgers. Our waiter was not great at all. Too much cologne, never once checked on us after our food came. Overcharged on our bill, couldn’t figure out how to fix so we got our app for free which was cool.
Nice for the price. Extra large menu. Fun and friendly .
Food was terrible
My reservation was canceled by the manager as they thought it was set for the day before. I called and they said it was reinstated. I arrived at the restaurant and was greeted with the manager stating that they never knew when we were coming in. So for six adults we were placed in a booth in the back which was not comfortable and cramped.
Our visit this time was kind of funny, kind of sad. The restaurant was out of shrimp scampi or any kind of scampi but still had shrimp - none of us understood why that was a problem as shrimp scampi is not a difficult recipe to make. It took three attempts to get a comparable meal custom made; which turned out OK, not great. And the other order that had shrimp (not scampi) came out with chicken instead of shrimp. Our table host was pleasant and positive, kudos to him for dealing with an awkward situation.
Sliders were overcooked and saute onions came 3/4 through the meal. Took awhile for our meal even though restaurant not busy. Waiter was friendly and helpful.
Thank you for the fabulous service ; even the manager came over to discuss dietary issues! The food was good. Great salad and menu choices.
