   We arrived for our reservation on time and were seated with a smile! The only thing we would like to point out is when you have seniors with canes and/or walkers, it is not convenient to place them at a large booth like table where everyone has to scoot around the booth to be placed. (We were a group of 8) Some seniors cannot move and usually have a hard time moving forward in a seating as we were placed. The server was a really nice gal with a smile every time she would ask what we needed and placing our drink and food orders. The downside was all but one of our friends did not get their food like the rest of us did and that senior had to ask where her lunch plate was! The server had an astonished look and went back to the kitchen to find out. That one person who did not get their food as we all did was quite annoyed as it took another 8 minutes to get food due to the kitchen "forgot one order!" How does the kitchen "forget?" After that mess was sorted out, we did enjoy our food, had a lot of good laughs among us as friends and we will be back, but not too soon. One other suggestion to your kitchen, serve soup HOT! Not tepid.

   We've been going to BJs for some time. This visit was to celebrate our 47th anniversary and it was exactly what we would have wanted. Our server, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. We made reservations a week earlier through Open Table and we were seated as soon as we gave our name at the reception desk. Highly recommend BJs and using Open Table...it was a first for us and absolutely spot on.

   Everything was fine until we left. After walking out into the parking lot, both my wife and I had what seemed like grease or chocolate all over the backs of our pant legs. Hopefully it didn’t ruin our clothes (they’re in the wash right now).

   Unfortunately there is no reason to make a reservation here since we still had to wait 25-30 minutes. The people at check in were rude and dismissive and too busy talking to get anyone seated.

   Cuando hice la reservación me preguntaron que cuál ovación tenía y puse birthday después me preguntaron quería poner algo puse sorprender a mi novio con un pastel y una vela y cantarle eso nunca pasó so no hubo una sorpresa para él pensé que al final de la cena me iban a traer un pastelito con una vela pero nada de eso pasó para que preguntan si no van a hacerlo

   Four of us came in for dinner. We were seated quickly thanks to the Open Table reservation and the restaurant was busy, but not over crowded. It took some time for the drinks to arrive, and the food took even longer. The different entrees were individually delivered over a 5 minute period, and each one was cold. They may have a staffing shortage here.
