Bad service, wait time was longer then expected everyone kept being seated before my party did and they had the same if not more people in their party and they came after us

The food was great as always. However, it did take up 30 min just to get our food

We had a mini family get together with a party of 8 and booked a reservation. Our server was pleasant, attentive, and was able to give us 3 separate bills as we asked for. We enjoyed the pizookie specials at a great price. Very nice location and ambiance. We will definitely meet up here again.

Our reservation was on spot. Shaquila was a great server. We were welcomed and attended with detail and friendliness. The food was exceptional . My party had a wonderful experience.

Waited 30 minutes after we were seated to get waters brought to us and to order. Then waited another 40 minutes for our food to come out. Food quality was not the best. I do not know if it was due to how busy it was because I normally have not had a bad experience at this particular location They didn't even offer a discount or a free appetizer to make up for all the waiting.

Had reservations for 8pm, didn’t get seating until 8:45pm. I have hostess experience…I tried givign the benefit of the doubt but I would’ve had a table ready before the reservation time and if not at least be bussing and getting it ready at exactly 8pm. Asked for a pizookie for the birthday boy, was not given one so I ordered it separately, and served made us feel like she wanted us out after it literally took them almost an hour to seat us WITH a reservation…but we love BJs so it’s whatever I guess

Food is ALWAYS delicious. The waiter was maybe really busy she got our order wrong. We ordered desserts to go and they came out on glass plates and ice cream already melted on the cookies. By the time we got home the whole thing was just a mess. I ordered a steak but it was cooked wrong. I asked for medium well done I got medium well and I got medium rare. I ate it because I was starving and it would make our wait longer but medium rare is a huge difference from medium well done.
