The noodles weren't done for one of our group but, the manager took care of us and we were satisfied. Our other meals were very good.

Our group of 10 came in for an early Mother's Day/2 birthday celebration dinner. It appeared that our waitress was having a bad day from her comments. We ordered our drinks and food. One food item didn't show up until most of us were done. When we asked the waitress she said it was ready in the back but wasn't brought to the table. It probably was sitting in the kitchen for over 15 minutes. The other food item was not correct so it was taken back. We received these meals as the rest of us were finishing. The atmosphere pretty much stunk. You could tell the mood was bad. My husband went to find the manager. We were told there was an issue in the kitchen, whatever this means. The manager didn't come to the table to apologize or state what the issue was. He gave us free desserts. Not really fixing the problem. The customer service stinks and we will never go back again to the Puyallup restaurant.

we reserve 3 hours a head and we got there on time but, they let us wait for like 30 min. We were asking but they told us to wait they don't even apologize for their mistakes. We don't get treated respectfully...finally we got the best waiter got treated the way we suppose to get treated

I made a reservation for 5 at 11:30 am. I was told by the hostess that we would not be seated until 11:30 because we arrived 20 mins early we waited while watching other people without reservations be seated. Service was not good, server was neglectful. Some of us paid by card but most of paid by cash. There is much more than I care to write about but I will not be going back.

There was clearly a miscommunication of policies regarding large parties during our visit to this establishment. We had a party of 8 & we’re told that it would be a one to two hour wait. Wait times on the restaurants website stated 25 to 35 minutes. However people coming in were seated immediately. as a resolution to the longer wait that we were instructed we requested that our party be divided into 2 tables of 4. We were told this was not something they could do. That it was a policy according to management. I was perplexed by this guidance as it seemed like a reasonable accommodation, having seen several smaller parties be seated. When the manager arrived at the podium, I overheard a conversation about large parties of 12 & 8 that were about to be seated at the establishment. I inquired & shared previous guidance provided to us. I explained as a manager this didn’t makes sense given that 8 dinners Would be a significant impact to revenue at the facility and did not seem like good policy to follow. I went on to share that if this is your policy, we will gladly take our party to another establishment, willing to see us promptly. We waited an additional 30 minutes before we were seated, despite checking in, despite having a reservation which we didn’t realize we would need for a party of 8. if this had been posted or been clear on the website, we are reasonable patrons, & would have followed the established outlines to ensure sufficient staffing at the establishment. It is my opinion that given the miscommunication an effort should’ve been made to prioritize our party over others. While we were seated earlier then our reservation, we should have been seated 1st. I’m not sure if there was a communication breakdown, but from the first host to the host that seated us there should have been a check in with the customer which didn’t happen. 8 people sitting in your lobby with no additional check-in who have been there for over an hour should’ve prompted a conversation.

The service was amazing. Our waiter was exceptional and always on top of things - something not often seen with a larger group. They had run out of what I wanted but the waiter came up with a work-around. It wasn't quite the same but still good.
