BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Lake Buena Vista

Good BJs food. Service was very slow

We make it a point to stop at this BJ's Brewhouse whenever we are staying at Disney. We enjoyed the food this time (like most other times), particularly the Pale Ale Chili Queso & Chips as an appetizer, and the Barbacoa Chicken (our first time trying it - but definitely not our last). Luckily we were there for $3 Pizookie Tuesday's - so we ended our meal with two excellent hot cookies and ice cream!

Fantastic experience. The food was shockingly great and Ben, our server, was fantastic!

THE FOOD WAS AWESOME AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY . IT WAS A VERY BUSY WEEKEND AND THEY REALLY DID THERE BEST TO MAKE IT A GREAT MEAL. RIBS WERE AWESOME AND THE PEANUT PASTA WAS GREAT AS WELL. THANKS FOR THE GREAT MEAL

We waited for 30 minutes after our reservation even though they said “we’d be the next ones seated”. Over ten tables went in front of us. We only got refills on our drinks when we asked for them. It took 30 minutes for our order to be taken. 40 minutes for our food to come. The only thing that came warm was our fries. Everything else was cold and dry from sitting under the food light.

Food was well prepared and served quickly. Server who took our orders appeared new and need of training.

I’m not much of a chain restaurant person, but when there is a BJ’s nearby, you can’t keep me away! The options are incredible and I tend to head to the deep dish pizza... and wine. Never disappoints!

The worst service I have ever experienced. Waiter took forever, food was cold, ended up leaving the restaurant still hungry. Will never be going to a BJs again!

They ran out of salmon so it was disappointing

The place was horribly understaffed. The place was very empty, yet it took 10 minutes to get seated. Or server was great, but he had too many tables and so was slow. Food was excellent, though.

Wing and pot Stickers to start between three. Lots of help and assistance from.pur server who was fabulous. Food good. Portions huge. Ahi tuna on the salad wasn't as impressive as it's picture by say 50%. Beer good.

Just dinner with the family and everything was great!

Excellent wait staff we were a party of 7 and waited almost one hour for food to be served and one dinner was missing (mine) we were told it would be right out at least 3 times but after another 15-20 minutes we cancelled the meal. the manager was very nice and provided dessert for the table but it was a birthday celebration and the meal was ruined as the other guests feel uncomfortable eating when one person isn’t

Restaurant has a huge menu - if it’s your 1st experience at BJs, don’t be shy about asking for extra time to peruse the menu options. The fried Parmesan bites and slider appetizers are amazing! Save room for the signature Pizzookie a deep dish cookie dessert topped with ice cream - try the sampler of 3 and share - this dessert is decadent and very filling!

Apparently my open table reservation was NOT a reservation but to be in a waiting line. Manager was exceptionally rude when I spoke to him about a larger party being seated ahead of us. If we had not been in a time crunch at that point already, I would not have given him my business.

Service slow to start but then it was excellent. Food delicious- did not feel rushed ..

Food was cold, waitress messed up food orders. Will not go to this location again.

Great time. Food was excellent. Service was good for the most part, a little slow towards the end as it got busy but waiter was attentive. Great value. A lot of food. Will definitely be going again.

Great time

Our go-to place when we visit Orlando. Always great food with tons of options for everyone. Our server was very attentive and friendly and extra accommodating to us. Especially loved the parmesan chicken and chicken lettuce wraps. Highly recommend!

First time here. My husband picked it. Food was great. Service and drinks were outstanding. We hope we could get one in Charleston sc.

Great atmosphere, great food, huge variety

Great selection of beer, lagers. Ales and IPA’s. Good atmosphere and good casual food dining. What you expect from this typical American diner. The Aircon was blasting in full when we were in which made for a very cold dining experience. Servers were attentive and friendly.

We enjoyed our dinner at BJs. The food was really good, the service was excellent, and it was a great place to meet our friends for a nice dinner.

Party of 4 arrived just before reserved time to find restaurant almost empty, however we were asked to wait for seating. We asked again after 10 minutes and had to keep waiting without an explanation. Finally seated and service was friendly but slow, however I then saw notice from Open Table that our reservation had been cancelled. We definitely did honor the reservation so that could have been a simple error. The hostess station was vacant while we waited for seating so it is no surprise that errors were made. We are BJ Brewhouse Loyalty members and had higher expectations for this dinner with our guests.

Hostess was fairly rude considering we had a reservation. We can understand that tables were limited when we arrived but the hostess came across that she was more annoyed with us being there and no real consideration for our inconvenience. Our table was finally ready about 45 minutes after our reservation time. I almost never complain so do not send this review without some hesitation.

Food was very good as was the service. I would have went with 4 stars if it was not for the noise and tiny table. Difficult to fit the food and wine on the table. The 1/2 price wine was a great value. Very noisy.
