Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The appetizers were a bit too pricey. Their signature avocado eggrolls were mid at best. Hot avocado maybe isn't my thing . The Potstickers were average as were the wings. Everything we ordered had a sauce accept the sliders which came with pickles and lettuce on the side but no ketchup or mustard. The gimmicky bathtub drink was fun. I may come back to taste the entrees.

We were seated on time. The staff was friendly. The food was excellent. The restaurant was clean & well managed. It was busy, yet we could still hear the music. Our server was on her second day, but did an amazing job. She made a mistake on part of my meal. She recognized it before it was brought out, apologizing & advising it will take a bit longer to make it correctly. She kept our drinks refilled & empty plates removed in a timely manner, while also keeping me informed of my order. Overall outstanding experience!

I was there celebrating the birthdays of my friends, service was slow. The server was not very attentive. Food took forever and we were never checked on in between food arrival and post food arrival. I expected more since I do come to the establishment often. However, I was very discouraged with this experience and maybe my friends and family were right to stop frequenting this restaurant.

BJ’s restaurant was fabulous. The food was outstanding. I never had a better Aji tuna salad. I also ordered food to go. The waitress was fantastic. She packed the food properly. Made sure it was done right it so nothing leaked and it turned out great. The mozzarella sticks were the best I’ve ever ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of mozzarella sticks in my time. My friend had the cheeseburger and she just couldn’t believe how good it was and how large it was. The prices are fair and more than fair. I would consider it. I will definitely be going back several times.

We have visited other BJ's restaurants and really liked the food and ambience so my daughter chose the Orland location for her graduation dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour to get a table even with reservations made well in advance. It appeared to be a staffing issue as there was a large table open the entire time that we waited in the lobby. Our server was great and knew we had waited forever to get our table so he quickly brought out appetizers. Since we had a lot of time to observe the wait staff and hostess - it was obvious that there are a lot of ways that things could be more streamlined and efficient. Not sure we'll return to the Orland location anytime soon, but the Bloomington, IN BJ's is one of our favorites!

We had reservations for my daughter’s college graduation and they called to confirm & had our table ready to go. Service was great! Food was excellent! We will be back

First time at this location after great experiences at the Hagerstown, MD location. Had a party of 12 for Mother’s Day so needed a place that had a wide menu and took reservations. Even with reservations, had to wait approximately an extra hour which I pin on management not adequately determining capacity. Unfortunately it was another hour after we sat to get our dinner and then at least 30 minutes to get dessert. My MIL’s dinner was mostly “cold” (steak and potatoes) and one of the steaks was overcooked. The ice cream on my dessert was mostly melted. Based on the timing, it was not worth saying anything. Our server was pleasant so not sure if the delays were kitchen related. Might give the location another chance but not with a larger party on the holiday.

Great food. Staff very courteous and attentive. Host staff get confused when faced with large crowds. Had a reservation at 6 pm for 3 people. Host staff seated others with and without reservations before our reservation. After waiting 20 minutes we asked about our reservation and turns out they confused us with another reservation and indicated our party as already seating. Other than host staff, evening was great.

Made a reservation for 5 PM for eight people, had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and when we asked how long we were gonna have to wait all they said is we had to wait for another table to be open. If you don’t have availability for an eight person reservation then don’t make one available to book for that time. The point of a reservation is to not have to wait so long to be seated and watch several others be seated before you who just walked in. It was Mothers Day and I made sure to make these reservations 2 weeks in advance as well. Other than that, the food was good but the place was pretty busy so the waitress didn’t come around much so that was hard when you have two kids with you as well.
