BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Oklahoma City

The waitress was extremely rude because the hostess sat us in an area where apparently you can have a sling in the isle and I explained to her I did not seat us she needed to take it up with the hostess and she still continued on and made me feel like crap because I had a baby with me. Horrible customer service from that waitress.

Food was pretty good. Nothing extraordinary. Service was great!

My wife and I decided to go eat at BJ’s on Memorial so I opened my Open Table app and made a reservation. We arrived at our scheduled time and we're promptly seated. We both had the slow roasted pork chop which is absolutely wonderful. My mouth waters just thinking about it.
The service was fantastic and the overall experience rivals any of the higher priced establishments that we have visited.
I highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting an excellent dining experience. A little pricey for some yet well worth the money. My compliments to the entire staff for an extremely pleasant dinner. Thank you.

Beautiful restaurant and the service was exceptional but I was not impressed with the food.

My husband and I had a great experience at this BJ’s. The service was phenomenal, the food came out quick, and everything tasted amazing. We will definitely be returning.

The COVID-19 procedures are very very good they kept the social distancing and everybody was kind pleasant as possible. The food was great as usual I got the double pork shop which is absolutely excellent

Good job with social distancing during dine in. No worries while eating here. Staff was all wearing masks. Hand sanitizer available at the hostess desk.

I have never had a bad experience here, the menu is huge and food is delicious.

We’ve been here several times now. The reason I’m only giving it 3 stars...There are many inconsistencies. One is with their cocktails. One time it was perfect, couple other times it was way too heavy handed with the vodka, making it undrinkable. Waitress never asked why we didn’t drink our cocktails. Our waiter this time was excellent, last time our waitress sucked, another time waitress was ok. One time our party all had cocktails and waitress asked if we wanted seconds, we told her no we’d just like water now. She had an attitude and never brought us water. She definitely was rushing to get us out of there. Trying to clear out plates when we were still eating! If the food hadn’t have been excellent that night this restaurant would be getting 2 stars in my opinion. Inconsistencies with food portions and preparation, drinks, and service. If you like to gamble with that sort of thing, go here.

B J offered a meal for vets which was much appreciated. Everything was very good. Our server was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We will enjoy returning.

Food was more spicy than the Bjs at home, (VA) otherwise good.

I've been to BJ's Restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the food and the service. I've tried several menu items and all have been delicious!

The host staff were very friendly. Our waitress was very good as well. The food was fast & good.

First time there . Looked like you might have needed a couple more on the wait staff but service wasn’t horrible. Food was great though.

We very much enjoyed the dining experience but the parking situation was awful. We had to park so far away that it may deter us from returning.

Good service

I paid with a Visa gift card. They charged me for my date's birthday dessert and when I asked that they rectify it, they charged me the cost of our dinner minus the dessert. Overall, my $100 gift card now has $16 on it. They gave me BJs gift cards but that cannot be used anywhere like my Visa could've been. The food was pretty good, but it was an upsetting experience overall.

Food was great, enjoyed our dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food, good service. Not as many TVs as a lot of sports bars, which was actually kind of nice, easier to have a conversation without so much distraction.
