   We had a reservation thru open table. Checked in and said we were at top of list. They forgot and seated others. Had to check back in and waited another 10 minutes. Maybe the sneers short staffed as waitstaff was pretty attentive until it case time to deliver dessert. It was almost 20 minutes later before that was delivered to table. The food overall was great and we try to go to BJ’s when traveling since there is such a large menu.

   We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner!! Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was really good and arrived quickly after we ordered. Even though they were busy, the atmosphere was very nice. We always enjoy dining at BJ’s in Norman!

   I think our waitress may have been new and thrown a party table. If so, that's completely unfair. She seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

   BJ's is consistently good. The Norman location is our favorite. We stopped here enroute to Kansas City. We loved the clam chowder and boneless wings with the Tatonka Stout Buffalo and BJ's handcrafted root beer glaze sauces. The latter were a tad dry and the the chowder very thick with a generous amount of clams. The Caesar Salad was refreshing (crispy lettuce and dressed lightly. The classic cheeseburger was very good and cooked to perfection. As always the mini pizookies were sinfully delicious. Our server Aubrey and his team of servers provided friendly and effective service.

   Apparently the GM for got to “turn off” Open Table for OU football game day so tables were double-booked defeating the purpose of Open Table
