We went for lunch (usually we always go for dinner) to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I was pleased to see there was a menu with lunch specials. All of us got one and they were excellent! Had 2 Strawberry Fields salads and 1 Fried Chicken Bowl—very good. I made a reservation thru Open Table and noted the birthday as the special occasion and my friend received a pazookie of his choice—those are so good no matter which one you choose! Great time, attentive service and good food. A+

Food was wonderful. We requested ketchup twice for my grandsons fries and never received it. Waiter just not real attentive. As usual food was great! Other than the hiccup with the ketchup we are good to return.

Overall I'd say eating here was a disappointment. Our service was less than par with no refills unless asked and our waitress was super slow. The restaurant was basically at half capacity, so wrapping my head around the time it took to get drinks, appetizers, and our semi warm food was very poor. The last time we had eaten at BJ's prior to COVID was 6+ years ago. From what I recall the food tasted really well, BUT service took forever and it was loud. Our first experience with the flavor, warmth, and freshness of food definitely topped this go around. In summary, we wouldn't recommend going back to this establishment given most of the menu could have been prepared in our air fryer much quicker.

I thought I was given the option of choosing a side with my Mediterranean chicken tacos. So I asked for the baked potato. It was not brought out with our meal. So I asked again and was brought a Plain baked potato. Nothing at all on it. I then asked for butter and sour cream which I got. On our bill we were charged for a loaded baked potato. Hummm! I guess I misread the menu or misunderstood what a loaded baked potato was or both! The menu listed sides below my entree with no charge and then special sides with an up charge. By the way, the loaded potato is a $1.95 upcharge. Anyway - it was not what I was expecting.

An enjoyable dining experience. The entrees (Enlightened Lemon Thyme Chicken and Shrimp Scampi) were flavorful and served piping hot. The Caesar Salad was refreshing (crispy lettuce and dressed lightly). The hand crafted root beer made with cane sugar (served in frosted beer mugs) had a light taste and was absolutely delicious. The pizookie with salted caramel ice cream was good but couldn't taste the salted caramel. We would definitely dine again at this and/or any other BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse location.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my family of 7 . Service was Great and very professional. The table was ready and there was no wait time. Prices seemed to be on the higher end but for the overall experience it was OUTSTANDING! With the social distancing. To me it created a more quiet environment but I feel it enhanced the overall experience seem to make it classy. Very friendly staff I would return as well as recommended BJ s brewhouse to others

This was a nice time. We went just as restaurants we're opening back up from COVID-19. The place was able to manage the environment for safety all while serving some excellent food and beer. Definitely worth going back even if it's more busy now.

The host was obviously annoyed that we existed and that he was missing the opportunity to watch the football game on tv uninterrupted. Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious.

We left the restaurant with my wife's dinner wrapped to go, an hour after we arrived here. My oldest son's birthday started with them bringing his food by itself...then leaving the remaining four of us to wait until well after he was done to get our cold food. We finally got our food and for medical reasons I had to send my wife's back so it would be completely cooked. We eventually got her order after everyone else was done. They offered a to go box instead. Evidently we're not going to order dessert. Been here several times, a member of their "club." Usually good but this was a lame birthday celebration. Not happy. Paid the big bill in full and tipped the server (not her fault). Don't know about coming back.

Had I nice lunch here not too noisy. The wife had a mini pizza which was good if you like a very thick pan crust. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Sandwich was very good but the fries were cold.

made a reservation for 6:30 the day before and when we got there at 6:25 they were on a wait. They stated it would be about 20-30 minutes for a table and that usually they don't take reservations for less than 7 and I would have to go on the list to wait. I had plans to be somewhere at 8 and were meeting some friends from out of town that drove over an hour. The hostess said we wouldn't make it to our event probably by 8 so we left and had to scramble to find somewhere else to eat to make our event. We wont go back to BJ's.

Soba peanut chicken dish is tasty. It was kind of crowded as OKC Thunder were playing plus the Thursday NFL game. Thus, the service was a little slow. They have a huge menu which is a plus or minus. Good atmosphere, but food is okay.
