Excellent food and customer service. Glad tables was ready and service was quick. Much appreciation to our server Aaron. He was very good, friendly, professional and always kept checking to make sure we had everything needed to enjoy a nice family dinner.

The food and our waiter was great. The hostess could use some help… we showed up 5 min early for our reservation and she told us that we couldn’t be seated because “you’re quite a bit early”. When I advised that we were 5 min early, she said that big parties (we had 6) typically show up 15 min or so late so they were not ready for us. She even said that they don’t have a waiter for us because we were early. Ultimately we were seated only 5 min late and had a great dinner, but she is not exactly the best face to greet people!

Food and greeter were awesome! Our waitress was the worst. Her attitude is not one that should have been experienced. She never checked to see how our food was, if we needed any refills, or if we needed anything else period. We only saw her again when we asked for the check.

We were seated 15 mins after our reservation time but the hostess was nice. She seemed overwhelmed. Maybe needed more help as she had to wipe tables before seating guest. The food was good. Our waiter was forgetful and had to be reminded a couple times about items missed and requested. The food was really good.

We went to get the prime rib dinner as we have done on Sunday many times. Unfortunately they were out. We settled for an overpriced steak. If this happens again we will probably leave and go to a different place.

Food was terrible. I've been there twice before and it was always excellent. Last night was unbelievably bad. Sub was bad, fish was cold, can't remember the other dish but that was bad also.

I really like the look and feel of the restaurant. One of my favorites. Anywhere. We always visit when I see my daughter at nearby CNU. Love the menu too. This was perhaps the least enjoyable experience we’ve had though. Execution off a bit on the food. Drink service quite slow. Apparently there was an issue with silverware. Not expecting plastic utensils at a place where I spend $100+ on dinner for three. And prices seemed to have jumped. $21+ for a half rack of ribs? May be due to rising pork prices or restaurant trying to make up for losses during the pandemic.

Service was a little slow and some of the food items were not hot when they were brought to the table after a considerable wait. Wait staff was very pleasant and corrected issues without difficulty. Maybe under-staffing or kitchen issue, don't know.

Really nice looking restaurant. They have an excellent menu with many great selections (it made it hard to decide). My daughter enjoyed the ribs and I went with the lower cal bison burger. Both were great. We especially liked the excellent selection of good side options. They have a spectacular looking bar, and the beer selection was all any beer lover could ask for. The service was super friendly and helpful, and the virtual check/bill pay process was great. Quick and, during this pandemic, the reduced contact of the transaction was much appreciated.

Thankful for Veteran’s Day recognition. In these social distancing times, we were seated in main thoroughfare. SanteFe salads were not as good as before. Most likely due to shortened staff. Fully understand the situation.

Had a great time with exception of the large group of takeout dinner guests surrounding our table...a few close enough to be sitting next to us. COVID or not it was wrong. We moved to another table after talking to management. Then they lined them along all the patrons sitting at tables including ours. I will not be returning. Poor management and people with no sense.
