   Had high hopes, but just OK. Reservations made on Open Table weren't honored since it was same day (apparently allowed on the app, but not by the restaurant). Food was dry and one person didn't get what was ordered. Server paid very little attention to us while we were there. Doubt we'd try this restaurant again with all the options there are in the area.

   Made a reservation for 7:30. Didn’t get seated until 8:30. Hostess was sarcastic. Rib-eye was overcooked and chewy. Server was on her phone all the time and unavailable. Wings were great. Bar tenders were attentive while we waited for an hour, and they even gave us some samples of pizza to hold us over. TV near our table was broken and the others were playing news instead of the big games that were on that night and the servers wouldn’t change the channels for anyone.

    I ordered the shrimp tacos and asked them to leave off the cabbage, tomatoes, anything that came from the garden. We laughed about my pickiness and our waiter read back the only items I actually wanted on the tacos. When they arrived, they were covered in lettuce and didn’t even have any of the items I asked them to leave on. Lettuce isn’t even one of the components of this entree! When the waiter came to take my plate after we were finished, he had to have seen the tall pile of lettuce but he never addressed it. My husband ordered the hot chicken sandwich with no special instructions. It wasn’t hot at all and the only thing on his sandwich besides the chicken were a few pickle slices. No condiments or garnish. It was so dry that he couldn’t eat it. We won’t be back.

    Our waitress was great, handled our order quickly always friendly. Food was good. The only thing that I would recommend is to let your patrons know that some of the beer is high alchohol content. The Tatonka Stout is 8.5% alcohol while normally the alcohol content of beer is 4.5% almost double. Drinking three 16 oz Tatonka Stout is the equivalent of a 6 pack of 12 oz regular beer. This can catch your patrons unaware and when they think they are drinking responsibly they are actually getting drunk. Make sure you let your patrons know when they order your high alcohol beer.

    Food was good. Jeremiah Red is our favorite. Air Conditioner was out so we were uncomfortably warm. First World Problems. We survived and had a good time.

    Great dining experience for our group of six. reservation was simple, server was attentive and accurate, food was fine, and cost was same as other establishments in Murfreesboro. The wide variety of food and brew choices makes BJ's the place to go with a group.

    Saturday at 6:00 was not the right time for six people to eat dinner. We had reservations so we did not have to wait long but squeezing six adults into a raised booth was uncomfortable. There just wasn’t enough room. Our waitress was fantastic but it took a while for the food to come out and one dish was several minutes after that. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t as good as it usually is. There wasn’t much flavor, my quinoa was overcooked, etc. but the Pizookies were wonderful as always. We did go back the next day and the food was very good. I think the kitchen may have just been busy and rushed on Saturday night. I have to commend the restaurant for its gluten free food. There are many options which are clearly marked on the menu. I have celiac and each server noted my gluten allergy on the ticket. I didn’t have any trouble with the food either day which is amazing. I even had a gluten free Pizookie as a part of a trio with no issues. I didn’t think I could get it as part of the trio and the fact that I had no issues is remarkable. Thanks so much!

    Food is always incredible at the BJs. However, each time we’ve come here, the service has always been a bit...lacking. This one was the worst. Food forgotten, wrong order, waiting a long time for everyone’s food to be delivered, etc. but, Our server was really busy and we completely understand that small mistakes can happen. The reason for the negative review? The hostess was obnoxious. When we didn’t have a table for our reservation, she responded with “Well, it’s an Open Table reservation. That’s not really a real reservation.” After she seated us, I realized the kids didn’t get crayons so I went up to grab some. She was busy so I went to get some myself - big mistake. She was unhappy and asked what I was doing. I asked if I could have a couple crayons for the kids and she rolled her eyes, sighed, and reluctantly got them for me. Her attitude to us and others was unacceptable throughout the night. Maybe she was having a bad day? Either way, it was weird to be greeted by someone hostile. I hope that whatever is going on gets better for her.

    This BJ’s has consistently been very disappointing. The other restaurants in different states have all been very consistent, however, this restaurant is quite the contrary. I ordered the appetizer Brussel sprouts with Sriracha. The sprouts were served cold and appeared to have been cooked a long time before I arrived.

    Appetizer was GREAT. I highly recommend the crispy zucchini. Entrees took a really long time to come out. Server even came over to tell us he’d been checking since it was taking so long. Everything was cold when it came out. Asparagus could have come out of the refrigerator the same temp it was served. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

    We arrived early and had about a 10 min wait, but was still seated a bit earlier than our reservation time. And again, glad we made reservations through open table else we'd had a lengthy wait. I wouldn't call the noise level energetic as the restaurant was pretty loud and noisy. Our server came after about 5 min and we didn't order an appetizer mainly because the overall prices are high on them and last time we were here they weren't that good and they brought it and then the salad almost back to back (once you order, the food comes quick). This time we ordered house salads which were cold but average, nothing special or worth mentioning. Howeve the shrimp scampi and the grilled chicken Alfredo ordered were cooked to perfection and were delicious! The server wasn't hugely attentive as we had to ask for refills and things a few times. The white chocolate macadamia nut pazookie was hot and truly spectacular. BJ's is 2 for 2 in our book and a solid 4.5+ out of 5

    Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation & weren't seated for 45 minutes. It was a busy night but we had 2 toddlers in our party which is why we made a reservation! Service was good once seated, not great or poor. Pizza's were great, kid's meals came out quickly. My husband had a burger that was small & didn't have much flavor. Menu has a lot of variety

    Great drinks but bland food. The only thing that was perfect was the couscous mac and cheese. Genius idea whoever came up with it. This was my second time coming here and probably my last for a while. Ahi tuna salad is also amazing. The ribeye steak my fiance had was overcharred which made it bitter and bland from lack of seasoning. My spaghetti and meatballs was bland and ahi tuna appetizer was also bland. Desserts were perfect and the service was excellent. I'm not one to ruin dinner for my family by making a big fuss about it at the table so I'd rather do it this way.

    We were on time for our reservation and with it being a Friday night at peak dinner time, BJ's was really busy. We were seated in about 5 minutes after arriving in spite of the waiting area being full. The lady who waited on us carried a tablet which enabled her to put in our order as well as know if something was low on availability or totally sold out. Nice idea. They have a large and very diverse menu of items to select from - so it shouldn't be hard to find something for most anyone. To start we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and after about 15 minutes it was brought to our table barely warm. The dip itself had a heavy cream cheese base and overpowering flavor. We weren't too pleased with it. For our main meals, we ordered prime rib which came with a small salad, roasted asparagus, baked potato & pizookie. We also ordered the grilled salmon with broccoli & white cheddar mashed potatoes. The food served was very warm (not hot). The prime rib was cooked as ordered and so was the asparagus but it was very salty...almost like it had been brined. The baked potato was good but not hot and barely warm enough to melt butter. The salmon was cooked very good, not over or under cooked and the broccoli was perfectly done. The mashed potatoes were good but would have been super if they'd been served hot. The real star of the meal was the white chocolate macadamia nut pizookie. It was incredibly delicious! Served hot (why couldn't our meal have been like this) with 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. It's worth coming to BJ's just to get pizookies as they have several different ones to choose from. Overall the food was good but wish it had been served hot. Our service was good not great as the salad and meal came on top of each other even though we had asked for it to be staged so we would have a chance to eat one before the next dish came. Drink refills were slow to come but as I mentioned they were really busy. Overall, we'd definitely recommend.
