Service too slow. Prime rib too salty. Calamari too salty and too small pieces, it’s the worst calamari we have.

Even with reservations we were told there were no booth available even though there were empty booth that were filled after we were seated in a table. They may have been saving booths for larger groups. We were a party of two. The place is every loud & noisy Had a much better experience at Brea location

Horrible and not because of BJs I love them but because of OpenTable. How is it they allow us to make reservations when they’re closed? My family drove out and with special news from my husband and I for our family and cancelled having figured it out between us thinking they were open. They didn’t announce they were closed. Honestly disappointed with OpenTable.

We had reservations for 11am on fathers day we waited 45 minutes and the restaurant never opened employees left also after waiting outside we were advised that they were closed due to power outage no email nothing had reservations!!! Went to Azusa location another hour food was ugh we always go there for Father’s Day next year at home so upset and disappointed

Well with this Covid-19 regulations, they whole ambiance seems much better. I don't want to sound bad but its true... plenty of space in between patrons and waiters are very formal follow the CDC regulations, I'm very happy with BJ's Restaurant. Also got to see the cleanup team sanitize the booth before the next guest. I know I'll come back to BJ's very soon.

The employees are rude and are under the impression the internet does not exist. They said their hours are not posted online, they have never offered any sort of reservations, and we were not acknowledged at our table for at least 30 mind, to which the employee stated we should have said something.

We made reservations online and when we arrived 15 min before our reservation time, they said their system was down and we had to get in a regular line. The line was outside and it was sprinkling a bit. They said it would be 25-25 min wait. We left. If I showed up without a reservation I wouldn’t mind, but since we made a reservation I was upset. We left and went to a nearby restaurant where we were seated immediately. I enjoy BJs but this was a bad experience.

Using OpenTable for BJ'S isn't really a reservation. I arrived yesterday on time and I was told that reservations made through OpenTable only placed you a bit higher on the waiting list and that we would have to wait to be seated. Service was also lacking, the hostess sat us without napkins or cutlery and then our server seemed very distracted and it took a long time to order.

Great service as always. Love the convenience of paying on the BJs app! It’s so awesome. Food was good, ordered the cheese burger a little too well done for me but still good. Also got the spinach dip which was so yummy and avocado egg rolls. Oh and for desert was the pizookie trio (white chocolate macadamia nuts, chocolate chip, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch) it was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Parmesan crusted chicken was delicious! The restaurant was able to customize a gluten-free pizza for my son. My sister was in a rush and they brought out the food quickly so that she could leave on time.

Wonderful service. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was great too. We ordered the spinach dip and avocado egg rolls as appetizers and they were very yummy. We also shared a small deep dish Hawaiian and it was on point. Definitely recommend.
