What can I say. Zero stars. Total time there with a reservation was 2.5 hours. Ordered prime rib and was sent an overcooked piece of crap. Waitress was telling us she was half asleep. It was obvious from the horrible service. Never checked on empty drinks. It’s a one and done. Worst food and worst service I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

When I arrived they informed me that the OpenTable app hasn’t been working and all though I had made a reservation I would have to wait about an hour for a table to be available.

Service and waiting time were great. The meal was perfect, prime rib cooked to perfection. Waitress was helpful and attentive. Will be going again.

Our server, Angie, was excellent. We ordered food we had never tried at this restauarant, and it was great. I had the surf and turf, my wife had the tri-tip wedge, and we shared the club flatbread as an appetizer. It was all very good, especially since the price was quite reasonable.

Had a great experience! It was my son’s birthday and we had twelve people. The service was amazing and the food was great!

Love the beer club, great deal if you like beer and pizza! Our go-to pizza is the Sweet Pig. Always great service except this time, I assumed the server was new, I think she could have been better trained, she had no idea about the beer club, served us the Pizookiie without utensils, etc. Overall BJs is always a favorite place for us.

i had reservations at 4:30 pm our food arrived at 5:20 pm I received the wrong item. They offered to remake it but i did not want to wait any longer. The other 2 people in my party had food and i did not want them to wait,
