    Amazing trip, easy, clean and felt safe but holy moly the building was COLD. Legit felt like one degree colder and I would have been able to see my breath.

    After being opened for after quarantine, some family members and my fiancé went to celebrate my birthday. Not only was the ambient quieter now with less people but the food tastes so much better because of the vibe of being less hectic. Such a great time and we enjoyed the food. Thank you to the staff and our waiter, Jose, for the great service and for all you do

    BJ's app is easy to navigate through to place an order and or make a reservation. On Friday, 6/12/2020 my wife and I dined in at this restaurant. Our server was very helpful in answering our questions about amending certain entrees. She also had a great big smile on her face and twinkle in her eyes; very hospitable. I only wish I'd remembered her name. We ate the Tavern-Cut pizza which has a very thin crust. It has become our favorite style of pizza. Try it!

    BJ's is one of our favorites. I love the large craft beer selection food menu. We can always find something on the menu to satisfy our craving. The service has always been friendly and helpful.

    Reservation for 2 at 4:30 PM but not seated until 4:50 PM. Once seated at our table, we waited another 25 minutes after being seated without any service. Manager should have come over and apologized/offered a free appetizer.

    This was our first date night since shelter-in-place took place and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of space between tables and booths, servers were wearing gloves and masks, all parties were to wait outside so no crowding happens (which I don’t mind) everyone was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious! Im sure the cooks missed cooking too. I appreciate BJs attention to detail during these times. I felt safe while dining and I would def go again! Im so excited they are open and adding the option of reservations is so nice too!

    My first time to a BJ’s. I felt sorry for our lovely and kind server. When the food was delivered, our pizza was not cut and there was not a pizza serving utensil. The person delivering the food noticed this and took the pizza back to the kitchen. After 15+ minutes, our server came back to tell us they could not find our pizza and they were making another one. When the manager voluntarily came to our table, he explained that our last pizza was ruined as it had been put through the oven again. Apparently there was miscommunication in the kitchen that it needed to be “cut” but someone heard “cooked”?!? He apologized and said another pizza would be out in 3 min. The server said the pizza would be complimentary and that the manger offered desserts. But then the server returned to say the manager was not approving the desserts if the pizza was taken off the bill. Well, we did not go hungry, but I was not impressed to say that least.

    Outstanding service by Kashawn...his attention to our granddaughter's allergy to tree nuts was very special. The food (for 10 of us) was exactly as we ordered. Very pleasant experience.

    Waiter terrible, food not so good winded up taking it to go still in the refrigerator will throw out today. Never got water request filled. 4 seated only 2 silverware settings 10 min to track down waiter for 2 more. Never came back for drink refills or salad dressing and rushed the bill over before we were close to finishing meal but he did give the birthday girl a dessert.

    BJ’s restaurant was as busy as can be expected for a Saturday night. I had made reservations on Open Table for 7pm, we got there 10 minutes early and found out that the reservation was more like a “call ahead waitlist”. At about 7:10 there still was no seating available, but the hostess at the front offered us seating in the “open seating” by the bar. It was a comfortable booth. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us often. The menu was pretty expansive, offering something for almost everyone. The food was good and pricing comparable to similar style restaurants. Plenty of big screen TVs around. If you’re into sports, sit by the bar. The noise level was moderate to energetic. I’ll be back to try their pizzas - they looked good.

    The food was ok, matches the price point. I felt a little sick by end of meal, however, that could have been from a mix up with dishes. When I picked up my drink I commented the glass was hot like it just came out of the dishwasher and when I took a drink I got the taste of soap. I look closer and there were soap bubbles at the top of my soft drink. The service was ok. They tried to act nice but weren’t very attentive. We had to ask for share plates for the appetizers and chase the girl down for the bill. By the time she brought the check it made the experience awkward— I was trying to avoid argument over payment with my fellow guests but when she finally brought the check I discretely asked her for it wasn’t discrete any longer.

    Everything was fabulous at BJ’s. We were there for a college graduation lunch our waiter was a 10+ service I just don’t remember his name but he deserves a good raise !! Our table was even ready 30 minutes early. Thank you we will be back

    Our reservation was for 6:30 (8 people) we checked in at 6:24. We did not get seated until 7:30. Two other parties of 10, who's reservations were after us, got seated before we did. This happened even-though I checked about the wait several times and we were standing in the lobby by the check-in counter the whole time.

    We had reservations for 7:30pm and we were seated almost immediately which was great. Our server was training someone and they didn't even come by our table until close to 7:40pm to ask for our drink order. Our drinks finally arrived at 8pm after we had to ask about them. Also, we had to send our tri-tip back because it wasn't cooked to our liking. We were never asked how we wanted our meat cooked. It came out rare. We prefer medium well. The meat was brought back to the kitchen to be butterflied which was fine but it still was medium rare when it came back out. My friend had to send hers back another time to get it closer to to medium well. It was my daughters 18th birthday and it felt like we were being ignored most of the night. We finally left at 9:30pm. Two hours for a dinner for four that should have maybe taken an hour or so. With two servers, I would have expected speedier services. We had to ask for refills, we were never offered. I will not be returning to BJ's anytime soon.
