The service here was terrible. We had to ask the server for refills every time we needed them. We never got napkins , until someone at our table decided to go get some from the restroom. Waited almost 30 minutes on silverware after food was served.

We had a party of 11. Every one got their food before me. My side items came out before my entree. One of my side was white cheddar mash potatoes. There was nothing white cheddar about them. A couple of my guests got their food wrong items or were missing items. We had to keep asking for refills. When I finally got my entree it was wrong so I had to wait even longer. And to top it off we found out the manager just walked out on the employees. This use to be a great place but it has gone down. My guess is it won’t last much longer.

The drinks were fantastic, the food was good, but we really wanted the tub and rubber ducky that come with one of the drinks (there on anniversary and it's somewhat of a thing we have to collect stuff like that from whenever we travel). We were denied both, even though you'd have to pay for it separately from the drink anyway.

Reservations for 8 people at 7pm made in the morning and table not ready for at least 30mins after getting there on time because they sat other people at our table. Irritating but a first world problem at most. Still had a great night. Server was phenomenal.

Our server was amazing. She really made our family birthday celebration a success. The food is always great. And I appreciate the hostess attention to detail and setting us up in the perfect spot.

I will try and be fair here as I dislike leaving any bad words. The prime rib was out of this world. A+ However, there was so much trash on the floor I was shocked. They were not busy so plenty of time to sweep. Straw wrappers, post it notes, napkins, you name it. The AM walked over them, even the main manager did. We tried 3 different salt shakers and they were all wet with moisture. The table behind us moved and the waitress came to clean and used spray bleach, yes bleach. I was wearing black and my husband has asthma. My filet was completely raw. I butterflied it open to show the waitress and she never said anything but , "Did I need a box?" . The manager looked at my plate as well and walked on. Once again my husbands prime rib was great, thank goodness because that's what we had to eat!
