Overall the food was pretty good! Waitress was okay until she got busy and then she seemed all over the place. Never came to check to see how our food was after it was served. First time this has happened here though. I will go back again.

Ordered Kickin’ Chicken sandwich. Came out way overdone and impossible to eat. Sent it back and did not reorder an entree. The manager did give me a credit. Our server did do a good job. But screwing up a basic chicken sandwich does not motivate me to return. Update. I had made a reservation through Open Table. When I arrived I reminded the hostess to make sure I got credit. She said she would. I now see that wasn’t done and I lost 100 rewards points. First served food that should not have left the kitchen, and then shorted on rewards points. An easy decision NOT TO RETURN.

Typically, we love this location for its exceptional service and food, but this visit fell short - it was just good enough. Usually, we dine in the bar area, but for this visit we dined in the main restaurant because we were dining with out-of-state visiting family. They were hungry after driving from Albuquerque, and we knew this restaurant had something for everyone. Unfortunately, the drinks and food took awhile, yet the food was served on hot plates even though the food was tepid. For example, the mozzarella sticks were bland in color and had no stretch, so they had no appeal. I reminded the server that my meal included a pizookie, and when it arrived there were only two spoons for three kids. A lot of details missed, but we will absolutely see this visit as a fluke experience. It’s just too bad that this was our family’s first impression.

For the second time in a row very disappointed. Almost one hour to get food. When it arrived it was cold and dry. Used to be a good place to dine

We chose to celebrate Mother’s Day early at BJ’s with a large group. We had a reservation. Upon arrival, the restaurant was packed! It seemed like everyone had a similar idea to us and it looked like some groups were high school students celebrating before prom. We had to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time, but that was not a problem, we understood that guests were leaving later than expected by the restaurant. When it was our time to be seated, another group tried using our name and was seated in our place. I went up to the hostess desk and asked if they would verify our phone number on the reservation because I was almost positive someone had taken our place. I was correct. The hostess sprung into action immediately & got that party out of our spot. That was amazing customer service, she went above and beyond and we were so grateful. I wish I could remember the Hostess name, but she has Black hair that was pinned up, and black rimmed glasses. That girl deserves some recognition! 👏🏼 Then our Waitress, Jenna S, was a rockstar! She was so attentive to our group of 12 - which was very impressive considering how busy the restaurant was. None of our cups ever ran low and all of our orders were correct. &As usual - the food was incredible! Thank you to BJ’s for allowing us to have an amazing Mothers Day Celebration!
