   We chose to celebrate Mother’s Day early at BJ’s with a large group. We had a reservation. Upon arrival, the restaurant was packed! It seemed like everyone had a similar idea to us and it looked like some groups were high school students celebrating before prom. We had to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time, but that was not a problem, we understood that guests were leaving later than expected by the restaurant. When it was our time to be seated, another group tried using our name and was seated in our place. I went up to the hostess desk and asked if they would verify our phone number on the reservation because I was almost positive someone had taken our place. I was correct. The hostess sprung into action immediately & got that party out of our spot. That was amazing customer service, she went above and beyond and we were so grateful. I wish I could remember the Hostess name, but she has Black hair that was pinned up, and black rimmed glasses. That girl deserves some recognition! 👏🏼 Then our Waitress, Jenna S, was a rockstar! She was so attentive to our group of 12 - which was very impressive considering how busy the restaurant was. None of our cups ever ran low and all of our orders were correct. &As usual - the food was incredible! Thank you to BJ’s for allowing us to have an amazing Mothers Day Celebration!

   Everyone’s food was awesome except mine. I would rather it be that way than have our guests food be bad. My sliders were burnt and then super greasy once they redid them. The manager wanted nothing to hear of it. He dropped them off and got away from our table as fast as he could. Our server was never apologetic. She just kept saying she has other tables. Ummm…we totally get that but when you say you’re busy, don’t make your current customers feel less important than other customers. They are all equal. There are plenty of other ways to say it. I’m not going to get into all the inappropriate things she said, but we were like “oookaaay…” You probably shouldn’t say that and that is 101 in the restaurant business of what not to say. Anyways, it always happens when we have people with us. When we are by ourselves, it’s great. So we want to bring people here. And when we do, the service or food is not good. Such a bummer on the night. We still had a good time and like I said, it was just my meal. I could eat when I got home, so whatever. It’s just annoying. It was my birthday celebration and annoying the meal couldn’t be nice. But the pizookie was good. Not burnt or anything. That was baked well. We like this place. We are thinking it had something to do with Mother’s Day weekend.

   Soup was not hot. But everything was good!! Love the mini pizookie with the lunch portion. Also love that you guys do lunch options all day now! That’s awesome!

   The service was very slow. It was clear that the waiter messed up on our order. We were a party of 7, but did not order anything too complicated. We ordered two appetizers and one came out in a reasonable amount of time. We had to ask about the other one. Then when it was time for our meal to come out, the waiter put in the wrong sandwich for my husband. By the time the right meal was brought out to him the entire table was done eating. Nothing was done to make this correct. The waiter said he was confused because of what the other people in our party ordered.

   My family and I reserved a table at BJ’s to celebrate Easter Sunday. Unfortunately, it was a poor experience. We were seated promptly at 3:00pm. Our meals did not arrive until 4:00pm. Our childrens’ meals arrived cold, my wife’s shrimp arrived undercooked and cold… and the wrong meal was delivered to me, followed by another 20 minute wait for my food- which arrived half hot and half cold clearly indicating it had been microwaved.

   Probably won’t be back . Waited for food almost 1 hour. Twice they brought out the wrong order. Had a martini that tasted like tap water for $ 12 unbelievable. Sent it back. Not once did anyone check on us . Just kept walking by not once looking at us. This is the third time we’ve been there. All three times something went wrong. I guess they aren’t concerned about repeat customers

   Had the Mac and cheese bites and spinach dip, the prime rib special, California club and chicken Alfredo pasta.. food was delicious and of course the pizzuki.. drinks were good and service was good

   We had a large party of 8. Reservation seating was on time. Booth size adequate. Food and beverages excellent. Silverware was unclear with food actually on two silverware sets. Very unclean. Manager was notified. We've come here often and never had this problem before. It seems like an isolated staff issue.

    The receptionist on this visit was amazing!! Long strawberry blonde pigtails; as friendly as possible. She got us seats quickly and was as nice as possible. Our server also did an amazing job. We are so happy with the BJ’s on Superstition Springs Blvd.
