   The food was all very good. I would have given it 5 stars, but one of the prime rib dinners that was ordered "medium" was brought out with virtually no pink. the others were perfect. only one was ordered 'medium', since we could not compare it with another. Most of it looked 'medium well'. But all the food was good. did not send it back, due to the fact that 3 other people were ready to eat.

   We made the reservation for 1:30 thru open table when we arrived at BJ they didn’t have a table foe us had to wait, And people without reservations where seated before us. Making the reservation wasn’t worth make for it was not ready.

    B J's is a very good restaurant. The food and service was great. Our server Lisa was wonderful. She was always there when we needed anything.

    The staff was friendly and very professional. It was nice to feel safe but also feel like we were going back to a normal routine. The food as always is delicious and our server was great with suggestions.

    While it was a bit strange feeling like you were almost alone in the dining room, It's a great casual place with a nice casual menu. My wife really likes the opportunity to have some different dark beers. As our son lives in Germany, we've come to really enjoy some serious beer flavor. We are definitely not in the "Bud Light" or Coors Lite" clubs.

    Our waiter did his best despite the kitchen not delivering on an appetizer or one person’s entire entree and a bar that kept serving up warm flat soda. The manager did provide some compensation to the members of the party that were impacted. Food that was received was just ok. Most likely will not return.

    I continue to return to BJ's Brewhouse because of the great food and wonderful drink choices. On another note, the service really needs to be worked on. I reserved a table for 10 girls at 11:30 on a Wednesday. We received dirty wine glasses that had lip marks on the edges and water spots and hand marks. We had to track down our waiter because it took so long to get clean glasses. The service is extremely slow, plus our waiter was not attentive at refilling drinks and clearing away dirty dishes. It was not busy at all we were one of the very few tables in the place at that time of day. This is typical service that I've seen each of the many times I've been there. So, I will continue to return for the food and drinks but I'll have to be patient regarding the service until it improves.
