Overall, the food was decent, but unfortunately, everything was served cold. It was evident that it was sitting for some time before it was brought to our table. Our server appeared to be overwhelmed due to the Mother’s Day rush and seemed to lack adequate support. While the manager on duty was visible and actively walking the floor, he didn’t engage with guests and never stopped by to greet tables or check if anyone needed assistance.

We had a reservation for 12 for Mother’s Day. When we got to the restaurant we were told that we had to wait until at least 7 of us were present to be seated. We immediately felt like we had not chosen the restaurant for our lunch wisely. We were finally seated. The wait staff, especially Jessica, was great. Our food was very good as well. My only complaint was the “greeting” we received when we arrived. Why bother with a reservation if you are forced to wait?

We celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday with a big group at BJ’s Brewhouse, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was perfect for a gathering, and the food was delicious. A huge shoutout to our waitress, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially with all the kiddos at the table. She really went above and beyond and even brought the kiddos extra straws once they discovered the blowing straw wrappers at people trick. Highly recommend for large groups!

Julia was a fantastic server! We weren’t the easiest crowd but she was super accommodating and polite, and helped make my partner’s birthday special. Great, fresh food, and loved our booth seating. Awesome experience :)

We have had better experiences at this restaurant. It took a while for the food to come out. The French fries were cold (they did replace the fries). There was so much dressing on the salad that the lettuce part was soggy and you could spoon the dressing out of the plate. Even though the restaurant offered to replace the salad, they couldn’t guarantee the timing of when it would come out. Just not the BJ’s I remember.
