BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Centennial
Made a reservation for 5pm and didn’t get seated until at least 5:15pm. The seasonal beer they advertised was not available. My husband’s French fries were cold and little to no dressing on my salad. Was not impressed!
always feel the servers are rushing you every time I go there
BJs has really struggled since the pandemic. Service is unfocused and slow. I still like the food though. I recommend you are very very clear about what you want/need when ordering and ask your server to repeat back to you.
The server was great. The food was great. The only problem my wife and I had was wondering why soup or salad wasnt included with our dinner? For the price, it shouldn't be extra to have it. Other than that, everything was great
The food was great, as always. The ambiance was perfect, as always. And Matt was on it, as expected—he was a sport and a delight! BJ’s is one of my favorite, always!
Very friendly customer services. Food was good and wait service was outstanding.
Everything was good although the service was slow. It was an hour between the time we were seated and the time we received our food. I think this was because it was Veteran’s Day and they were very busy. I have dined there other times when the service was quicker.
We had a great waitress and the food was really good. We both had the tri tip for the first time there and it was delicious.
Food. Slow getting to the table
Bake potato was not cook
The pork chop was excellent!
We will be back.
Our server, Deborah S., was by far one of your best!
Nice enough. Took 10 minutes are being seated before server came to table. It was a bit tedipus having to look at the menu on my cellphone. They finally brought paper menus. Server was great otherwise.
Birthday for my daughter
My burger was over cooked and cold. Pizookis made up for it.
Our server Debbie was great; but the hostesses can use some customer service skills. “Give me a minute” is an over-used command that retail establishments and restaurants use; while not realizing that a patron is not ASKED to wait, but MADE to wait. Whatever happened to the term, “I’ll be right with you,” or “One moment please?”
I like that have have out door seating, it’s a nice patio. Service was good
Awesome service! I like how I was able to make a reservation.
We were married in the corner booth on 10/10/2020! Debbie was amazing and was witness too our wedding! Outstanding service, excellent food and one great waitress!
This was the same place we had our first date 4.5 years ago and it was perfect! Thank you BJs Brewhouse for being so awesome and the champagne!
Went after getting an email advertising happy hour during NFL games. Was seated in the back corner next to employees doing paperwork. No view of any TVs with the game on. Had no desire to watch golf. Food was disappointingly mediocre. Tri tip was very tough, margarita was unpleasantly strong. BJs has been on a steady decline over the last couple years. I doubt we will return.
Usually the service is very good here. Sunday, not so great. Never did get a drink refill.
Food is consistent.
We will still continue to dine here, we will just make sure we get a different server.
We go to bjs often the food and service are always great and at a fair price
Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. DJinn M was great and worked out the food problem very well. She did awesome
Love being able to make reservations. Great social distancing layout. Access to hand sanitizers & paper menu was a great offering to feeling normalcy.
Food great as usual. Service was sub-par until I said something to our server about her greeting; which wasn’t a greeting at all. The first sentence she said to us was, “Wine is 1/2 off.” She did not say “Hello, welcome to BJ’s.” What if we are recovering alcoholics? What she said was not very customer friendly.
Had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes, with 3 of the 7 people being children. It wasn't easy, keeping them entertained. What was the reason to make a reservation, I ask????
So glad the you are open. Call ahead seating is good but still had a wait.
This was the first time that we went to BJs since COVID started. Usually go at least once a month. Missed it. I wonder if I got credit on my account; I forgot to give my phone #, which is 702-324-3937. I would appreciate it if someone would check into it and get back to me. Thanks
I had the tri tip and it was just ok. My son had the Baked Ziti and he said it was really good. Service was great
Everything we ordered was really good.
A good wine list and my server was awesome!
It’s was really good
4 of us were delighted with our meals. However, the prime rib in the Classic Prime Rib Sandwich was not medium rare, as promised. A tiny bone was also found in that sandwich.
The Salmon with Chardonnay sauce was fabulous. I would highly recommend it.
Wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely go back
It was great. Just needed to get out the house.
Made reservation on Open Table to avoid problems. Great service...very good food...will go again soon.
Good food for a good price and I like you can now make a reservation instead of just calling ahead.
Good food & service!
In this world of the Chinese Virus, every restaurant should make every effort to put their best foot forward. If you use OpenTable and book your reservations based on accumulating points – THEN STAY AWAY from BJs on Centennial. The last five times we booked a reservation and checked in – all five times the reservation was cancelled, hence we didn’t receive the points. Clearly it’s a training error with the mouth breather working the hostess station, but five consecutive times? It forces us to log into our account, send an email to OpenTable requesting the points, We wait days for a reply, only to scan the receipt, attach it to the email and send verified proof to OpenTable that we ate there. We’ve tried and tried to tell the staff this, but to no avail. And my note to BJs? TRAIN YOUR HOSTESSES TO CHECK IN RESERVATIONS FOR OPENTABLE AND NOT CANCEL THEM!!!! Fire those people who check us in and find hard working people who can do the job.
Our server was great, very personable. Food was great as always. My favorites are the Atlantic salmon and the double boned pork chops
Great service!! I think our server’s name was Michael, not sure. Ribeye steak that my husband had (he always orders this steak) was not good - a lot of gristle!! Also baked potato was overcooked - they gave him 2 small ones instead the usual one large. He only ate one because it was overcooked. This is the first time he had a problem with the steak . For 27.00 it should be a little more tender!!
