All of our meals were excellent. The overhead speakers are too loud to have comfortable conversation with only the tabel you are sitting at. The wait staff was courteous and friendly. Good experience for the family....will just have to leave the hearing aids at home.

Food was horrible and did not come out as we order. Was on a date salad came out same time as steak. Ribs tasted like jerky. Waitress did not help to resolve my concern. I asked for a manager and he was aware of kitchen issue and completely under stood due so many complaints. Positive was the management recognized the issue

Food is good, but be prepared to wait for it. The restaurant has a take out area for which the door is constantly opening and closing. Our table was near this area and we kept getting blasted with ultra cold air each time a customer entered or left. The temp outside was near zero and we literally ate with our coats on. I mentioned the issue to our server and he laughed. It wasn’t a joke! We won’t be back until the weather is warm and we can dine outside.

First time visit to restaurant. Busy but still able to have a conversation. Food was very good and our waiter, Evan, was phenomenal! Very attentive, friendly and always smiling. Recommend for all!

Made a reservation for my son’s birthday with the whole family. Drove two hours to enjoy a great meal. Checked in told them we had a reservations. Said it would be a few minutes. 45 minutes later they said they were having some IT issues. Said it would be a couple more minutes an hour after our initial reservation time they said they couldn’t seat anyone or take any customers because they whole computer system was down and they had no clue when it would be up. So two hour drive to get to BJs, wait time of over an hour and two hours home all to end up having chic-fil-a. Just lovely.

Had 6 pm reservations, seated about 6:40. Husband’s chicken sandwich was cold but the rest of the meals were good. I love the chicken with soba noodles dish. Server Wes was great. I do recommend and will continue to go back.

Great food and service. A bit noisy for our group trying to have a conversation though. Also, we had a table close to the door and it was drafty. Would ask for a table away from the front next time. Great food for sure!

Server was GREAT. Very personal able and attentive. The food was fine. For the price I expected it to be better. The ribs were good, but more Bone than meat. Broccoli felt reheated and dried out. Would come back and try something else.

They did not honor the reservation because they were ‘busy’ and wanted to work in people who had been waiting. We weren’t seated for our 8:00 reservation until 8:40. I will not be going back.

The food has great taste, however my rice and my husband's mashed potatoes were luke warm at best. The chicken breast had a pinkish middle; it didn't look like it was cooked all the way. Usually have great food.

The ham and cheese sandwich with a cup of soup lunch special was an outstanding value. It came with french fries and I chose the tomato bisque. Loved it. And the strawberry lemonade is out-of-this-world. Our server was awesome, too. Overall, a great experience. Thanks!

We went at a busy time. Party of equal size without a reservation was seated first, but I think we got a better table. Delivery of food took some time, but again we were there at a busy time. Spouses chicken was dry, but flavorful. No soft drink refill offered until we were about done.
